We had the Minnesota Marshmallow trailer at my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding this past weekend, and it was an absolute hit! Our guests raved about it, they loved the unique and interactive twist on dessert. The variety of marshmallow flavors and chocolates was a huge hit, and everyone had a great time making their own s’mores. Amy made having MN Marshmallow at our wedding so much fun. I was so excited about the idea of having s'mores. Amy met with us and provided so much information and suggestions. Her energy exudes and she is fun to work with. We asked if she would be able to make a video work on the menu, and even though they had never done it before they made it work. Truly an amazing business!! This is now my daughter's favorite food in the entire World!! The marshmallows will melt in your mouth! We had a weekend at the lake and this was the perfect surprise for my 3 kids and Grandma/Grandpa at our fire next to the lake!! The flavor was Moose tracks and truly to die for!!
