Thank you for taking the time to respond to my original post. I understand that my time might have been off from your cameras. To use the 1:41 time we were there, one employee looked directly at my spouse & the table we sat down at, another employee was tending to the table right next to us, while 3 were just folding napkins & utensils makes it hard for me to believe that they didn’t have an opportunity to say they will be with us shortly or bring us menus. The portions are large, the prices reasonable and the food is, as always, delicious. I had the shredded beef quesadilla which came with chips and salsa as well as generous portions of rice, refried beans, guacamole and pico de gallo. If I have any complaint it is that the refries were a tad thin for my taste; I like them a bit thicker, but that's just my personal preference. Otherwise the entire dining experience for my wife and myself was very enjoyable and that's why Big Country is a regular...
