Was really excited to try the burger, and it was excellent. Unfortunately the time to get that burger was the let down. While I understand people make mistakes, it is how you handle that mistake that demonstrates your commitment to the customer. Just apologizing is wonderful, but when you are late to making a payment to the IRS is an apology enough? I don't expect the meal to be free but offering to take an appetizer or any item off of the bill would have been an excellent gesture. We were last to order out of the 6 and waited patiently for our food. I asked about our order when our 4 family members were halfway finished with their food. The ticket never was placed and our food arrived after everyone else finished. When asking for the manager the staff only apologized and only until a family member really got after the staff did the meal get refunded. A customer should not have to explain anything to anyone on the staff when a mistake that big is made. This could have been a memorable experience but instead it was a disappointment. Customer service is huge and owning up to mistakes with ease demonstrates a commitment to the establishment and the customer. Their food is mediocre. Nothing 2 really complain about, nothing 2 really brag about. I do really like their roasted potatoes. I dip them in sides of sour cream and salsa. So yummy. My husband got a pork fritter. EXTREMELY BLAND!!! NO seasonings in the coating and absolutely NOTHING on top of it, except a bun. No mayo, Pickles, onions, tomato or Lettuce. Just 2 bun halves. Their French fries are on the shoestring side of the spectrum. Pretty crisp and tasty. My son got a build your own burger. It was done perfectly. But it was HUGE. I got the grilled ham and cheese. Amazing food pizza was perfect nice crunchy fluffy crust and the cheese omgosh it was yum the jalapeños didn't taste bland and where spicy mushrooms where fresh and sausage on point. Burger was done right cooked through and juicy the bun was buttery. Wife had the grilled pork tenderloin and she devoured it without sharing my son was a huge fan of the house frys as was I sorry for lack of photos it smelled so good it was gone before I had the presents of mind to take any.
