The store Yunus like all stores go through new hires which is fine. This new gentleman working the line didn't speak or understand English well at all. The issue was Management /or his Trainer. A white male his trainer was the issue! I place my order barely understanding what the new hire is saying. It's not complicated place what I ask for in my bowl...I get to register pay for my order which they did not confirm or repeat. The white male trainer , says I got everything, so I continue with payment and then look at my receipt before leaving and realized they overcharged me! I then proceed to tell the male that I didn't ask for extra meat, the thing I ask was for was to fill my cup of Queso, which had nothing to do with the bowl that was being made. This manager/trainer, then proceeds to tell me I was wrong, and the guy ask me for extra meat and I told the guy yes! I told him, no I didn't ask for extra meat .He clearly knows guy English is not that good and hard to understand . I told him I not paying extra for meat! We all Chiptole" cheats "you anyway except for a bunch of rice. I would never ask for a double protein! He refused to take the extra cost off. I told him to refund my entire order, because of his attitude and saying I was lying! He then offers to make a new order. He would rather throw away whole meal and make a new one instead of the taking the extra cost off for the protein. That is horrible customer service! Then I had go back again because him and older lady at register didn't refund my order correctly! The 2nd receipt had no refund credit showing. So, now still screwing up again 3rd receipts they finally refund it but still cheats me 5 cents. I actually used my reward points to buy this bowl but because of this guy . I didn't want it at all. Read moreI have been going to this chipotle for awhile but today I had a horrible experience when I went to get my food the chicken that was scooped in my bowl looked like ground beef no real chunks.I proceeded to ask could that actually be scrapped out and add in real chunks.The general manager (Logan) saw what was going on and came over I explained and he then ask me well did you ask that before they put it in the bowl with a rude and sarcastic tone. I then said why should I have to ask to receive full chunks of chicken and not pieces that looks ground up and chewed on.He then complained about how if he scraped it out it will be wasteful but proceeds to dump it and give me chunks of chicken but when he gave me the chunks at that point he was upset about having to give me the chunks so he only gave me about five pieces of chicken. I then said thats not even a scoop full and he complained and said it is and that I couldnt get anymore unless I get double. what he didnt wasnt right or fair cause I often eat from here and I know what a scoop is I was so upset at his rude and sarcastic behavior that I said forget it and walked out to my car. He then come outside behind me like 30 seconds later and throws the whole bowl of food away infront of me that I decided not to get in the outside trashcan with an attitude. And he made sure I saw him do that.
