This Dominos is by far the worst store from which I've ever ordered pizza. TL;DR: If you really want Dominos, it will be worth your time, money, and effort ordering pickup and driving to the next nearest store.
I initially ordered pizza here and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. They called me 25 minutes in to tell me the were out of a few of the ingredients I requested. (Did they just then look at the order for the first time? Who knows..) I called back at 1 hour, 1 hour 15 minutes, and 1 hour 30 minutes to check up on and finally cancel the order as each time they told me it was 5 minutes away. After canceling, the delivery driver arrived as I was leaving to get food by other means. The only (what I thought at the time) redeeming aspect of that instance was that they gave me a free pizza at that store next time I ordered.
Well, about 3 weeks later I imbibed a little bit too much alcohol again and didn't have it in me to cook or leave the house, so the time was right to redeem that free pizza. (To any kids reading this keep this in mind when considering drinking alcohol: it lead can lead to you ordering pizza which you may never get when you can't bring yourself to feed yourself by other means) Anyways, you can probably guess it, once again the pizza took nearly as long to arrive, I called a few times, managed to find something old (and probably bad) in my pantry to eat in the meantime and was once again gifted with a free pizza.
Four free pizzas later, they still haven't seemed to get it right. I guess if you can plan ahead days when you'll be in pain enough to consider ordering it and can predict roughly 2 hours in advance of when you want it, may be a nice way of getting consistent free pizzas. Otherwise, if you're ordering pizza for the fast convenience of not having to cook or sit down at a restaurant, you'd be better off ordering pickup at the one in...
Read moreOrdered through mobile app for local delivery. Waited 1.5 hours as my fiancé said to be patient and just wait ... the food never left the store. I called the store 15 times ... NO ANSWER. We drove to the store to cancel and get back money because the app was useless and the people at the store were apparently so busy... we got there and 3 people were standing around. Just doing NOTHING. So not answering the phones on purpose. They found our pizza (surprise surprise) in the back and asked if we wanted it now.. like almost 2 hours later at this point. the manager fame to the front after i politely said no, the pizza is not really good at this point and we just want to do something else ... the manager went to void the transaction and get back our money and he was talking to the employee in front of me and was asking why it was being voided ... instead of just talking to me face to face and saying ma’am what happened or what’s the issue? How about we make your pizza and refund it as an act of good faith? NOPE. Nothing. Poor customer service. No apology was given or found within the store for us waiting almost 2 hours and getting no answered calls and no help on the app tracker. Pizza was made and left at the store 15 minutes after it was made. I complained on the review feedback page from Dominos and no response.
Also sucks that due to where our house is we can’t request a different delivery store ... basically forced to use this or...
Read moreTL;DR; Want better restaurants in the area? Don't order from here. Maybe consider Papa John's instead. In my experience, it's a 50/50 chance that you'll even get your food.
After returning from a concert, we ordered pizza at 11 pm. This is 2 hours before they close on a Friday. We followed along with the tracker and it stopped at the part where your order is being checked for perfection. After a while, we called to check on our pizza. No one answered. It was also never delivered.
Luckily, the money that was held on our card was eventually released, so we weren't actually charged.
I've called corporate, and have been told that this location is franchised and that the franchise owner would contact me. He or she hasn't. I called back to check on it, and the franchise owner had reported to Domino's that he or she had, in fact, called me. I asked if anything could be done if franchised businesses were representing the company badly, and was told that the franchise owner was the highest contact in this case.
So there you have it. The only way to get rid of this place is to just not buy pizza there. That is, if they ever really considered...
