Dunkin' — Restaurant in Durham

This is the WORST Dunkin! They can never make a good cup of coffee. It never tastes good.

I placed a mobile order today as I was in a rush to get to work and when I got inside to pickup my order there was an iced coffee waiting for me. I didn't order an iced coffee, I ordered a HOT coffee. I don't understand how difficult it is to make a cup of coffee. Then the new trainee asked if I minded waiting 3 minutes for another batch to brew (this is what they should do) and his manger said no don't have her wait, as soon as the pot has enough coffee to fill up her cup just fill it up and give it to her. She told the new trainee that she never waits for the full pot to brew, because the "morning customers are in a rush to get to work and they shouldn't have to wait for their coffee and it makes us look bad". I couldn't believe I overheard her telling him that.

I had a conversation with the manager at the other Dunkins in Durham and had told him how my coffee never tastes right at the one in the gas station and he told me the same thing...that they don't let the full pot of coffee brew before serving it. That is protocol, and the managers are not following it and teaching the new employees wrong. I always find coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup and my coffee never tastes like coffee. I'm tired of wasting my money on disgusting coffee. I tried to give this Dunkins another shot, but now I will...

Everything sucked. The girls were complaining about themselves about the world when we are waiting for our coffees. They got my tea wrong no sugar at all it was gross. The coffee was a large hot they gave him a med hot. The service was so bad I was afraid I may interfere with the conversation that they would get upset I just left without a bagel. The girls are young here and maybe that's how they always are but as a customer paying this much now I'd like to say I want what I order. They had no sugar packets out no stirrers no napkins so what we have to shake the coffee??? Never offered a tray ?? Come on. When I went back to say hey you guys messed up my tea all she said was" my bad" and we were .... Going there everyday after...

…Few weeks ago My Son purchased a so called "Frozen Chocolate/Caramel Swirl Milkshake?" it looked good...price was almost $5! however the drink had at least 75 grams of sugar per 65 ounces container which it made it possible to drink it! My Dear Son was kind not to complain however it bother Me because to pay all that $$ for all that heavy sugar it us NOT acceptable! Excessive Sugar amounts in these products ARE the number one cause of diabetes and overstimulated behavior(mood disorders) in children and adolescents!
