Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Durham

Edit 1/31/22: They have blocked online orders for a couple of months now which is crazy. They won't answer the phone so expect you to place an order in person, wait 20-30 minutes, then come back to get your food. I guess they can't handle online orders due to staffing? Pay your employees more and you wouldn't have this issue. Definitely have lost all my business to competitors.

Old review: This is not gourmet pizza. This is cheap, greasy, processed pizza. That being said, I like it! It's an easy and cheap option that feeds a crowd (or provides leftovers)! I've never had an issue at this location. When placing an order via the app they offer great promos and I've always left wirh the correct order. I prefer my pizza well done and they don't offer this option but it's an easy fix when I get home. I just bake it at 350 for 8-10 minutes. It's worth the extra dollar for the "extra most bestest" option as you get more cheese and toppings. They make all the difference. Haters gonna hate, but this pizza is...

This little Ceasars is located adjacent to a gas station, so I was hesitant. I presumed precut slices and heat warmed wings. Upon arrival, the gentleman, who appeared to be a manager was taking orders, cashing out, and had one helper in the back. He proactively informed customers if there would be a wait and gave approximate times. He was patient while encountering language barriers and ALWAYS maintained a positive and professional attitude.

Last but not least, offered FREE cookies for my little ones. An overall awesome experience for a dad spending weekend...

Just got my order of 1 pizza from this HW 70 location. It should have taken 14 minutes to prepare but inexplicably took nearly 45 minutes prepare. So after ordering it online I still had to wait half an hour in the store for my order. This would not have been a big deal if the store was busy but several people who hadn't placed an order were able to walk in and get there orders before me.
