Salsa a mediocre, somewhat disappointing serving for such well regarded establishment. Certainly in the lower tier of the well loved quality Salsas. 2 Stars. Chips plain average. 2 Stars. Lunch menu, Chili Relleno and Crunchy Taco an uneventful fast lunch serving. Beans salty, the tiny presence of guacamole near frozen, Rice a little better. Dull and uninspiring offering. 3 Stars. House Carnitas, boasting of being home made, long ways for upper placement. Chewy, while also managing to be dried, back to Carnitas 101. At best 3 Stars. Soda bottle ($3.50) water drinkable. Place looked colorful, service adequate. Someone extremely kind and nice suggested this place, a little hard to tell her how mediocre everything was. Total with gratuity way past $60. By reading the reviews of this place, expectations were met by reality, and let’s just say it did not pan out. So this place merits 4.3 Stars on average? I respectfully...

The second time I ordered chicken and carnitas fajitas for 10 for a graduation party. Not only was the food delicious, but also it was a great value, and we had a lot of food leftover. The service was great and the staff friendly. I highly recommend Pueblito if you are looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food in...
