A long time restaurant in a tiny town off the main road? Time has proved their excellence! A Delicious Italian Restaurant with many varieties in flavors and prices that everyone will be happy with - no matter lunch or dinner. Their apps are fantastic! Pizza is solid with a big fluffy crust. I highly recommend the Seafood Sacchettini and the Marsalas, but they do indeed make a great meatball! I love this restaurant, but there are consistent encounters I experience here that make me hesitate to dine here. Every time I walk inside, I am never greeted with a greeting or smile, but always scowl and rushed experience by the staff The ordering and serving process is typically unnecessarily hurried which is off putting when you are paying about $20 per person for a dinner. The absolute Worst part of dining here is that the dishes usually do not come out at the same time making a Nice dinner into something awkward and half of the tables have cold food by the time everyone is served ...not classy...Remember that your customers are not livestock. It is rude to be rushed and expected that they tactlessly eat their food as soon as it is served without waiting for their peers dishes to come out. But, heck, maybe I should reread my first...
Read moreTHE GOOD: In my opinion, the Pasta House has the best pizza with the most personable service in the thumb, hands down. It's clean, quiet, friendly-atmosphere, and if you're lucky, you might even run into Bill Clinton or Elvis during your visit. Kevin, the owner can often be seen slaving away back in the kitchen and Virg, the waitress... I think she's there practically all the time. She's the best. If you're looking to rent a hall, they have an awesome brand new renovated hall right next door which is fully equipped to handle a huge crowd, including a couple more additional smaller rooms for private parties, etc... and they also do out-side catering too! And then there's the putt-putt style golf, water slide and the old fashioned ice cream parlor next door. It's definitely a one-stop shop / family fun destination for all. And you didn't think there was much to do in Kinde, did you? I promise you won't be disappointed. THE BAD: None. FINAL WORD: If you don't visit the Pasta House you'll be kicking yourself for years to come! ~ Roger...
Read moreAt 3:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday I made the mistake of ordering a large pepperoni pizza. When I arrived to the Drab, outdated, catacomb that is the pasta house I was given a pizza that in 15 years in the culinary industry I have never even seen a brand new cook try to pass off such a disappointing burnt excuse for a pizza. I was then given the option to take the pizza or wait for a new one. I accepted this chard offering in hopes that I may be able to post a pic of it along with this post to prevent anyone else from this unfortunate fate (which I now see I’m not able to do). I mean how the hell do you screw up a large pepperoni pizza when it is one of the ONLY if not THE ONLY orders you have? As if that wasn’t bad enough my experience was only heightened when I gave the young lady taking my money a $20 and she had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA of how to give me change and required help in doing so. That I blame on the schools, the rest of this TERRIBLE experience, that’s on you...
