7/2019 As of a year later, this outlet has improved back to the service I was accustomed to. So I am changing from 1 start to 4 starts. (A couple years ago it would have been 5 stars . . . they are still improving and I believe will get there.)

7/2018 As someone wrote, I would have given them no stars, except for the fact that if I don't, I cannot comment. This last year has been a constant, and I mean constant with every order, screw up. All I order each time is a small decaf with sugar only and 2 old fashion. I get charged for it, yet I never get what I ordered. Today just capped it giving me a muffin instead of 2 donuts. Next time I will have to sit at the drive up window and check my order...

I went there last night at 7:35. I ordered 4 drinks and 1 donut in the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru speaker replied to me “we have no donuts or munchkins” I was soooo confused. I pulled up to the window and asked why there were no donuts or munchkins. Her reply: “we threw them all away” I then said, “it’s only 7:35” ...they still had almost a half hour til closing. She began making excuses and said “people usually stop coming at 7:15” I was in shock. All I know is the boss needs to know the workers are throwing away product that I wanted to buy. Not to mention the fact that everyone in my car got a treat except for my little boy that wanted a donut. I...

I've been to this location 2 times and both times were horrible. I only went the second time because I thought it would be better. I went there yesterday and they didn't have any customers. Asked for two carmel lattes. They were horrible. The cups weren't even filled up to the line in the cup. We got half of a cup. I spit out the latte. Never again will I waste my money here. For the price I would expect a full cup and for it to taste good. They didn't give me no receipt so I couldn't call or do my...
