I think they need some constructive criticism to improve a few things but has the potential to be a 5 star and I'm hopping they'll get there. I went twice this last week. The first time we sat outside an our waitress was nicer and great in the beginning, but as she got busy we kind of got forgotten. We got the spicy chicken sandwich, french dip burger, and pretzels bites. The pretzel bites were absolutely phenomenal. They are a 10/10!! That beer cheese sauce is to die for ๐คคMy spicy chicken sandwich was good, but tasted like it has been sitting in the window a while, you could tell the cheese was old and the lettuce was soggy lol. But the flavor was awesome I think if it would have been fresh it would have been 10/10 as it was it was a 6/10. My sisters french onion burger was awesome, although slightly over done. They had the pizza buffet when we were there and it looked good although the pasta did looked mushy. (Needs to be cooked al dente if sitting in a warmer ) overall first experience 7/10
Went back on mother's day around 330. Our waitress was not very friendly at all, just kind of stared at us expectantly every time she came waiting for us to say what we wanted ๐. Our appetizer came before we even got our Waters another ๐ my husband got a blue moon, but had to ask four times to get an orange to go with it. We also did not get any silverware napkins or appetizer plates with our appetizer. This time he got the spicy chicken sandwich which WAS significantly better fresh. 9/10 I got the original fried chicken dinner which I thought was pretty spicy for being original, and I like spicy. But it was for sharing with my toddler, who said "too spiiiccyyy mamma" lol. Garlic bread cheese curds were really good although needed to be cooked longer. We also got the cookie skillet for desert which was phenomenal !!!! But should absolutely come with a warning that it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get ๐ณ๐ซ we almost walked out several times waiting bc the baby was DONE lol. Overall experience 6/10
I will absolutely go back to give them another shot because the food in itself is REALLY good, and I'm going to assume all the hiccups are just new business blues that will get better with time. The overall atmosphere / vibe of the place is awesome and I have High hopes for the place! It may sound or come off like I'm bashing them, but I'm not. Hoping they take this as a constructive criticism and it helps them critique and perfect...
ย ย ย Read moreI understand this place has just recently opened, so I'm hoping that they take this constructive criticism into consideration so I can maybe change my review in the future. A group of 3 of us just went to check out this new restaurant today. It was between the lunch and dinner rush, so wasn't super busy. We've all previously been to muddy cow and chicken restaurants so were very excited about trying this place. We got seated on the patio per our request, and it took quite a bit of time before anyone acknowledged us. When walking through the restaurant to the patio there was a fair amount of staff members hanging out by the kitchen, so was a little confused as to why service was so slow. Once a server finally came to our table, she seemed not very friendly or wanting to be there. I asked for a drink menu, as I was not given one when sat, and that seemed to annoy her even more than she already seemed. She also couldn't really tell me about the specialty cocktails, just that she heard some were good and some weren't. We ordered our food with our drinks because we didn't know when she'd be back after it took her so long to even greet us. The food came out really quick, which is really the only thing they had going for them at this point. We ordered two burgers and some fries. The burgers were mediocre at best, but the part that pushed me over the edge was that the fried pickles on one of the burgers and the fries that came with the burgers tasted fishy. Which is weird, because I don't think they...
ย ย ย Read moreIt's only thier second day so I won't nit pick. Burger patties seemed like cheap frozen patties and the chicken sandwich was a wierd thickness. Dill fries were interesting but not worth a dollar addon the wild rice soup was great. got the French dip , spicy chicken sandwich , the beer cheese burger and the Buffalo chicken mac n cheese. They charged 75cents to put the blue cheese on the side of the mac n cheese side of ranch was 75 cents but they forgot it and asked for no onion on the burger but still came on it. Our waitress didn't come for 30 min to get drink order another waitress stopped to check on us Took 30 min to get our bill and another 20 to pay its only 2nd day but our waitress was extremely slow. And we think she for got to enter our meal because we got our food like 20 min after the tables that ordered after us oh and my kid got stuck in the bathroom stall I had to crawl under the door to free the sliding latch it is way to tight I hurt my thumb trying to slide it open
Update. Went back for the lunch buffet the pizza was OK super pie was our favorite BBQ was OK margarita pizza was OK but not a typical marg pizza. I penne pasta was kinda bland and mushy. They did bring out fresh pizzas during the hour we were there. And our server was amazing even just getting there when we did after...
