Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Brandywine Township

If I could give this Dunkin Donuts location 0 stars, I would. My husband, daughter, and I went though the drive thru this morning and a man named, Sammy, helped us at the window. He was completely impatient and incredibly rude. I turned around to hand my husband our drink carrier of four drinks that Sammy had just handed me so I could continue taking the other items we had ordered and he did not even want to wait the TWO SECONDS it took for me to hand my husband our drinks. He was like, “ma’am, ma’am” as he tried to thrust two straws through my window. I told him he shouldn’t act like that because it is so unbelievably rude to treat a customer in such a rushed and careless fashion. All he seemed to care about was getting to the car behind us instead of helping us first. He even made me pull around and park to wait for the rest of our order so he could help the car behind us instead of making them wait. It was unbelievable. I got out of my car to let him know exactly how I felt after enduring such an unprofessional and rude experience, and he literally could not have cared less. In essence, he acted like a complete a$$hole. I will never go to this awful location again, and wish I could take those horrible few minutes back because it put me in such a foul mood after church. People like that should not be in customer service, and do not deserve one cent of...

Stopped in at 8:10 pm last night to pick up some donuts for this morning. Sign on the door said open until 9 pm, but was locked. Another potential customer was banging on the door but nobody responded, and no donuts were visible on the racks inside.

When someone finally opened the door a crack to ask what we wanted, he was quite rude when we told him we wanted donuts. He said nobody wanted to work so they locked the door to keep any customers out. We told him that works both ways - since we no longer want to be a customer, he can keep it locked for all we care. We went elsewhere - not a Dunkin - to get Donuts after we left.

The Burger King that was in this location before wasn't great, but it was never deliberately bad. I do not see this new DD location lasting very long after the initial...

I am really tired of the way that I’ve been treated here in the drive through over multiple occasions. I have off during the week certain days, I’ve came in the later afternoon for a breakfast sandwich and the man serving me asked me if I was “unemployed, do you have a job “ How rude? God forbid that I don’t have to wake up at 5 AM to go into work at Dunkin’ Donuts. Absolutely rude. Today the same person was working behind the counter, not the person who served me, but they both looked at me and looked at each other and were laughing as they shut the door. You guys work at Dunkin’ Donuts… Just a gentle reminder. I also don’t mind continuing to leave reviews like this because it seems like a lot of people have commented on here about...
