Ordered to go on Mother’s Day since my wife wanted to.placed our order at 4pm was told to show up at 730 to pick up. I get there a couple minutes early about 720 and there must’ve been 50 people waiting near the back door. Normally I would have left right then but it’s Mother’s Day and that’s what my wife wanted. Over the phone they instructed me to pull into back lot someone will bring you your food. They asked my name at least 3 or 4 times and I just waited patiently since I could see they were very busy. It was 852 when my food finally came out. I get home and 3 out of 5 things we ordered were incorrect. They must’ve run out of ziti so just replaced with spaghetti. Not the end of the world but chic broc spaghetti just not the same. Then they had a seafood scampi that had no lobster which they advertised. Just a handful of dry shrimp and dry scallops in what tasted like lemon juice and butter. It was terrible! Got the pasta wrong on 4 out of 5 dishes. And when the food finally came out I just got a “sorry for the wait”. That’s something you say when it 10-20 minutes late not 1 1/2 hours! We have been eating takeout from here 1-2 times a month for years but I do not think I will be going back to this...

We have gotten take out 3 other times and the food has been good, pricey, but good. Tonight we were in the mood for pasta we got the fettuccine alfredo, one with chicken and the other with shrimp, same thing we have gotten every other time. It was so bland! It usually has alot of alfredo sauce, It was so dry and the usual garlicky seasoning was no where to be found. We wanted to get some chicken as well and I ordered the BBQ chicken and received the Buffalo tenders which I really didn't want because my neighbors whom I recommended to this restaurant, had previously told me the Buffalo was way too spicy!.... on top of all of this the waitress taking the order ovet the phone, asked if we wanted to leave a tip... which I usually don't leave a tip for a phone order and today I did and I am completely disappointed with my order... we didn't even get utensils nor Napkins! I also ordered cheesecake today& it was beyond flavorless. I ordered alot of food because I just got home from having a baby last week and breastfeeding has me hungry lately.....and this was just really disappointing. I gave 3 stars for the other times the...

Wanted to ensure we recognized Sara. Ordered food to be ready for 730pm. When we arrived as the food was being packaged the bag busted and food fell to floor. My wife called me to explain what happened and I called the restaurant and spoke with Sara. She sens 2 10.00 gift cards with the completed meal. When we opened food at home we noticed that 2 meals were incorrectly made and was missing 1 meal. I called back and spoke with Sara and she was so apologetic. So once again we got in the car and drove back. Sara came out to see me apologize and ensured us the meal would be comped. This girl trying to manage a kitchen with 2 new associates and having this happen handled herself very well and made sure it was about customer satisfaction. We have not seen the refund as of yet but it is a weekend so we'll wait until Monday. But a big shout out to Sara for making a horrible experience a happy one at the end. 5 stars for sara the girl with the...

We have been wanting to go to Johnny Macaronis for the past few months and have never been. We finally got the opportunity to go and WOW! It all started with an extremely knowledgeable Waitress (JESSICA) who gave us great recommendations. She was attentive, had a great mood and attitude and it certainly wasn’t her first rodeo. The Fried Ravioli app was great and we were happy to hear they make them homemade. The Entrees were HUGE! I would highly recommend the Chicken Bruschetta Entree. The Sister Stephanie Entree looked amazing as well. All and all, we are happy we took the ride out here and even happier the experience was given by Jessica, the Waitress. She makes this place 5 🌟 to compliment the great food. If you haven’t gone, GO!

Well judging by the full parking lot and people waiting in line, I figured this was a good place to eat! I found quite an extensive menu, but also nightly specials. So far I've partaken in the chicken parmesan, seafood diavlo, meatballs, chicken marsala, and lasagna. This place is the real deal...still offering fresh bread with oil and butter! The service is quick and courteous! I see why there are lines!

The biggest draw here is the portion size. Large plates of italian fare. Any pasta, sauce, meat, poultry, seafood that is associated with italian cooking, can be found on this menu. Note the fra diavolo is not the spiciest I have ever had. The parking lit leaves much to be desired...no lines, no lights makes traversing at night a bit tricky. Lastly, entrance in rear for dine in, front for take out.
