Since complaining to corporate doesn’t work, I guess I will begin here. I was a day out of breast cancer surgery and unable to get out of the car. My husband was kind enough to run in and get me a sandwich. There were two other people ahead of him and three employees. Two of the women decided to flirt with the man in front of my husband and another patron, and left a new person who had only been on the job for four days to handle three peoples orders, very rude and unprofessional. When you complain to corporate, they do not care just like their employees. I was tired and sore and instead of helping customers, they helped themselves to a real life Tinder and didn’t care. Very rude.

Also at this location if you order extra cheese, this Subway charges you $1.50 a slice for HALF a slice of cheese!! They literally charged me...

I stopped coming to this location (in my hometown) a while back due to its poor service. I walked in today because it was the closest and they were swamped. Someone ordered three sandwiches in front of me, there were about four online orders, and a woman behind me. I was amazed at how the two ladies working cracked down and busted out those order so quickly. You could tell they were flustered, but handled the rush so well. My service was amazing and quicker than it would with empty restaurant years back. I wanted to get on here and praise the two ladies working today for their great service, kindness, and resilience shown when things got busy. I’ll most likely start giving this location...

Stopped on 1-24-18 at 6:44 pm were 3 people working . There were 3 ahead of me all having chopped salads. Waited 15 mins to be waited On, only to have to repeat my order 3 times while one worker yelling and cussing about having no fu!!!!! Bread at the other worker . The one young worker kept her Kool about what was going on around her and took charge to try and get sandwiches made that were ordered. The one repeatedly cussing about how u can be out of bread at the other older worker. It took me one hour to finally be rung up after asking if someone could possibly ring me up. I will never go in here again . It was the most awful thing to go thru Just to get a sub. Will drive all way...
