Mission Point at Madden's — Restaurant in East Gull Lake

Hannah!!! By fare the best waitress We have had in the last 20 years!! Steaks where cooked to perfection, lobsters tail had to be brought back to be redone for a second time ,Fancy dining? Out of all our dining out experiences in fancy restaurants,The “ fancy” I’d have to say I’d have to give it about 3 1/2 stars the view was just OK , I’ve seen better up north, (Blue fin Bay, Mn🤩). The restaurant was one of the options of the meal plan at Madden’s and it far exceeded expectations. Meal was 3 course and food was outstanding. The service from Helena from Brainerd and Paul from Jamaica was superb. They both were knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely friendly. They both made the experiences wonderful. Only rated a four star as they are not open on Monday and some of the nights the service was very slow. Disappointed. You have to walk very far from Parking lot! It was VERY loud. No quiet dinner here. Service was bad. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. I ordered two glasses of wine for myself as I knew it would be a long time before they returned. Food was fine, not great. I was really annoyed by how loud it was. It was hard to have a conversation with my husband. We had high hopes for this restaurant but, I know we will skip it and go elsewhere...
