The BEST place to eat when visiting Hershey's Chocolate World is Fabios! Located just 15 minutes from Hershey Park. If you love finding local eateries with unique ambiance and incredible food, you MUST TRY Fabios! This unassuming Italian restaurant is located inside an old barn that has been converted into an elegant dining establishment. The large wooden beams and rock walls bring cozy vibes...but the true treasure here is the food. Serving up country Italian fare that leaves your mouth watering for more. If you're in the Hershey, PA area make a trip to Fabio's! #wheretoeat #hersheypa #hersheypark #harrisburgpa #restaurant #italianrestaurant #hersheypennsylvania

Stopped by Fabio's for the first time for lunch. Only 1 other table was occupied when we came in. The menu had a wide price range for food selections. We went on the lower end, choosing a Calzone and a Cheesesteak sandwich along with an appetizer. Food was well prepared and served hot. Fried green beans were a bit tasteless, but calzone and sandwich were very good. The extremely disappointing thing was the lack of attention from our server. Once, we even had to go seek someone (anyone!) to get a condiment and a drink refill before our food cooled off completely. Two more times we had to wait for drink refills, as well. By this time, there were a total of four tables occupied with less than four people each and two servers. When we left, we had conflicted feelings. The food and atmosphere were good, but our experience was greatly overshadowed by the server's lack of attention. Frustrating because she seemed very nice. Just not able to multi-task perhaps?

On the drive back home from NYC, we pulled off for a quick lunch stop and ended up at Fabio’s in Grantville, PA. Honestly, we weren’t expecting much—just needed a bite near the highway—but this spot completely surprised us. It’s tucked away and has that old-school, welcoming vibe—like eating at grandma’s on a Sunday afternoon. I went with the classic stromboli, and man, it might be one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly baked, hearty, and packed with flavor. My wife ordered the cheesesteak supreme, which was loaded and full of that bold, savory punch you want in a sandwich. The kids split a chicken fingers and fries plate, and even that was solid—crispy and not just a throwaway kids' meal. The portions were generous, and we had to box up leftovers because we were stuffed. If you're ever near Grantville—whether you're refueling, on the road, or live nearby—do yourself a favor and stop in. Fabio’s is the kind of local gem you’re glad you didn’t miss.

Huge menu! There's definitely something for everyone! Five of us visited here for dinner while traveling on business. We appreciated the patience with us needing individual receipts. We did have to wait for our entire party to arrive before we were seated. Our server came right over and took our drink order. They are BYOB, but that was no big deal to us. I had the chicken parm dinner, and the portion size was huge! It was pretty good but a little bland, nothing a little salt, pepper and oregano couldn't fix! My coworkers did enjoy their food, they ordered Burgers, fettuccine alfredo, cauliflower crust pizza and chicken parm hoagie. I was staying at the hotel across the street, so I ordered from them again for dinner the second night. I got the Meat Lovers Pizza to go, which was very good! It had a good portion of meat on it and I really liked the cheese they use. I would definitely choose to eat here again when in the area.

A cozy, intimate atmosphere best describes this restaurant. The interior has stone walls and beams as it was originally an old barn. It is not an overcrowded noisy restaurant but still has seating for just two people or a table of eight. We had their "make your own pasta" with choice of pasta and sauce. We chose spaghetti and bolognese sauce which was full of meat. The portion far exceeded my expectations. The entree came with a salad and toasted garlic bread. The menu has a good choice of Italian entrees, subs, steak sandwiches, Stromboli and brick oven pizza of several varieties. Service was good and food served quickly. They have done reconstruction so the parking lot still needs to be paved.

The food here was amazing! Went with a large group that orders at least 6 appetizers (clams, scallops, battered mushrooms, boom boom shrimp, brioche,…and something else). All were AMAZING! Garlic bread was tasty too! I had the Tortellini Carbonara and the dinner portion was a large serving, more than what I could consume. It was delicious though! While the food was great, the service was par. Took some time to get drinks, slow to get refills, and it is BYOB. BYOB?!?! Never heard of a place like this but whatever, I don’t drink. Just thought it was interesting. Overall I give the place a 4-star. If the service was better I would have given a 5-star.
