Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in East Hempfield Township

Typically when we order from here , its good. From the pizza to the delivery person, just a good experience. However after last night, my mind has changed. My 16 year old son, and his older brother had ordered from your store yesterday early evening, my 16 year old goes to the door to get the delivery oony to be welcomed by a nonfriendly girl who then collected the money, gave NO change and walked away :( SERIOUSLY!? I work as a server so we understand tipping, and always tip, but to ASSUME no change was needed is rude, and not professional. I get that pizza delivery is not a glamorous job, just like serving is not, but if your friendly and nice you make money. I seriously believe she took advantage of my son, thinking he was younger than he is, and just not giving him the change. Several years ago when Domino's re-invented themselves I was very impressed. I loved their new sauces and prices. I thought it was a great value and great tasting food. Not anymore. I ordered from this store tonight and it was like the OLD Dominos. Pizza was horrible, they hardly put any sauce on it. One of the pizzas was burnt, and another was smashed so most of the topping were stuck to the lid. Also ordered a pasta bowl that looked nothing like the serving online. Served in a little tinfoil bowl, it was barely filled half way to the top. The serving was so small it looked like a side dish. I had not ordered food from this, or any Domino's in a long time.
