Just a straight up awesome pizza shop! For the past year or more I have been trying to find what I consider to be New York style pizza. I hadn't been there in forever but my memory for food flavors is exceptional. Before Randazzo's, I have consistently been disappointed in the offerings available locally. I have tried many many pizza shops and was ready to just give up and just say, " I guess I just get what I get, and I can't get upset". Thank God I went to one more pizza place in Randazzo's. The look, the dough, the cook on the dough, the high quality cheese, the flavor of the sauce, the amount of the toppings.... I mean. It's just incredible! These guys don't skimp on anything! We had an X-Large half extra cheese and half Hawaiian. I mean just look at the ham and pineapple in the pic I uploaded! I'm so used to having to order extra cheese because most places simply skimp on everything these days. Not here! Turns out I didn't need the extra (but I love cheese so, who cares?) They are very generous. You might pay a dollar or 2 more per item compared to other places but what you get in return for that is quantity and quality! I think I have finally found my favorite pizza place. I will keep searching, but based on my last year, I'm not expecting these guys to be dethroned when it comes the almighty pie! In addition, the other items I ordered were delicious. I had the garlic knots and the waffle fries. The garlic knots were full of garlic flavor and came out hot and buttery/oily with seasonings. And finally, the fries. Normally, there is no reason to talk about fries. Are these guys cutting there own potatoes, no. But what pizza shop is? What they do right that others don't are cooking them at the right temperature and buying decent frozen ones. They could save money by going with cheap quality frozen fries but they don't. You can also tell when a place cleans their fryer oil on a regular basis. Maybe I arrived just after this cleaning had been done, but the fries tasted "clean". There's just no better way of saying this. Good quality, cooked properly in clean fryer oil makes the difference. The fact that everything came out piping hot was wonderful too! I uploaded pics of the place inside and the menu for your convenience. I hear the pasta is homemade and the subs are delicious. Based on the fact that I saw them pulling fresh home-made bread out of the oven for subs and sides, and the fact that all the other ingredients are tried were top notch, I expect to love the pasta and sub dishes when I go back. Being on a low-carb diet most of the time, when I cheat it's gotta be good. Staff was friendly and assertive. I loved the small detail of keep the Parmesan shaker in the fridge (couldn't find at first). This place is great! It's worth a cheat day on any diet to get this stuff! Can't wait to come back and try the subs and pastas! Just...

Came in to order wings and fries, ask for them WELL DONE AND CRISPY which means they should take a lil longer then regular.. place order walked right out and went to the gas station right beside the shop , no more then 5 mins .. when I was pulling up to park the lady was bringing my food out bagged up and ready to go.. first thought was wow!! Great time in preparing my food ...... should have known better .. drove off and got on the highway and open my Luke warm almost cold food to bite not only slimy half done cold chicken but cold hard fries 😷..not a simmer of steam or NOTHING!! BBQ wasn’t even melted on the chicken 😷.. from the time the order was placed till we was pulling back in the parking lot was i swear no more the 5 mins .. and this food not piping hot??? immediately called and said I’m turning around..even tho the guy who seem like the owner was nice and apologetic and said he don’t know what happen and will have a talk with the cook, gave me a full refund and offer to make it again..It was already 25 mins past .. the same amount of time it would have taken to make the food correct the first time , instead of trying to take our money and serve us anything!! ..I declined because I could have sworn he was the one who made the food!! My friends cheese on his slice of pizza was still cold and not melted along with all the toppings ..he threw it out the window before we could get back he was so piss and the slice looked so horrible.... to sum it up they put little effort in our order , and probably was the worse experience I EVER HAD .the one bite I took taste like the chicken was boiled then fried!!... completely flavorless slime!! .. most likely will never step foot in here again.........

We have been incredibly supportive of Randazzos from the day they opened. We have enjoyed the friendships we’ve made there. But orders started getting messed up— not what we ordered. We actually came home with subs that weren’t ours, different pastas than ordered, items missing, condiments on items that we specifically asked to NOT be put on, etc.... I understand things can happen a few times here and there, but this is more than that. I have always been respectful and kind when contacting them to let them know. We ran a business for years and always appreciated feedback so we could improve. On our most recent order with Joe, we requested no Mayo on our tuna subs, only to get home and find a lot of it . After my phone call with Joe, I will no longer be buying anything from Randazzos again. I was told I always have a problem with my order— bring it back ( then you drive all the way back)— and that if I want to go somewhere else, he understands. Well, I am. The orders being messed up had nothing to do with me— and there were ALOT. So I guess I’m saying that the food is great (will never deny that!).... but ALWAYS check your order before you...

Randazzo's has a bruschetta pizza which is absolutely "killer." Don't get the wrong idea, all of the food at Randazzo's is spectacular but the bruschetta pizza, not offered online, you must request the bruschetta pizza topping by phone, is my favorite. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. I introduced the restaurant to a friend, home economics teacher, and she was also impressed with the quality of her meal. Be warned, the cannoli, are fantastic. The restaurant is next to the Turkey Hill, off the Landisville, PA exit. They do have online ordering and delivery available. The next time you visit Lancaster and are in the mood for an authentic Italian experience give Randazzo's a try. You may see me toting off two extra large pizzas to go. I bet you cannot guess the toppings if you made it this far in the review. Please like my review if I made you hungry, you ordered a bruschetta pizza or cannoli, or found this review helpful. Thank you!

First, we love the pizza and food... eat there often... Recently however I had a transaction issue. I ordered a meat lovers pizza to go and asked to substitute the bacon and ham for mushrooms and black olives... the regular price is 17.99 but I was charged 34.10 after tax and CC fee ... so the system added mushrooms and black olives for 16.11 but did not subtract for the ham and bacon, the staff said they could not change it... just sayin, they should refund my card $16.00 (if you are management reading this the check number is 210096 5/6/25) Again... Love the Food and Service!
