Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Providence

Man where do I start. I go on a Sunday and the door is Locked so I was forced to wait on the drive thru line for 13 minutes of my life I'll never get back. My buddy who's worked in the food industry told me about this one but I still think it's dumb. There's a pressure plate when you pull up to the window to get your food apparently their timed on how long it takes a car to be on it. And to "improve" their time they make you get off to go to the side to get your food. That's bad service in sorry. I won't even tell the numerous stories of wrong orders I've received. And I just asked the drive thru lady why the doors were locked. Her reply "yeah so we're really short staffed right now our manager doesn't know how to make a schedule". So 100% not the employees fault it's the fact that in the new england states they make so.many franchises of Dunkin they hire Billy off the street who deals coke and never got a high school diploma. Be better new england dunkins and maybe for a change actually serve ice cream and milkshakes "Baskin Robin's" couch cough....

Come for the coffee, stay for the insults....Asked for a napkin at the drive through - surly teen balled up a huge wad and threw them at me. I told her I only needed one, unused. She shouted "no napkin for you then!" Slammed the window. Decided after passing by a dozen times to try again. Went inside. Surly teen pretended not to understand my English pronunciation of churrico, then glared at me before loudly correcting me. Spoke to the assistant manager who attributed the behavior to differences in cognitive style, and said that she doubted there was any kind of cultural issue at the store. I could then see the problem and that it would not be solved. Sad, because I pass by here several times a day. I will never come here again. Drop in if you like to be abused by surly teens with purple hair, nose rings, and a desperate concern for all the injustice in the world and the hardships that service workers must endure. Apparently, they are harder to come by than old white guys...

I’m so disappointed in this location. I used to frequent this spot every single morning. Then the quality dropped. I don’t have a complicated order at all. I get a medium iced regular with caramel swirl and I’ve repeatedly gotten different flavors, including hazelnut which I am ALLERGIC to! I used to take breaks to try and see whether it was just a bad worker, but every time I came back they would get the order wrong.

Tonight it’s been a few months since I have been and I gave it another chance. I’m in a rush and I ordered the most simple thing ever, and I got this. I also specifically asked for granulated and I had it repeated back to me correctly, then got nothing???
