Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in East Rockhill

After many years of eating at this establishment we chose to remove it from our list of restaurants. There had been some changes and the quality really started to suffer. After receiving a very poor order through delivery and ordering on the app, I received an email asking me to give some feedback. I nicely listed the concerns I had and a recommendation. My sole purpose was just to inform the franchise owner and I wasn’t trying to get anything in return. I left my phone number not thinking anything would come of it, only to receive a call from the owner the next day. He rudely went on to tell me I should’ve called the restaurant directly and not responded to the survey. He stated that corporate will see it and then he would have to deal with that issue. We gave them many chances but unfortunately it didn’t work. I did love Domino’s pizza...

8 out of ten times they mess up the order. Ive gotten the wrong orders delivered before as welll although the delivery guys are super nice but customer support isn’t great. Most recently, they messed up on an order I changed to a pickup order and I never ended up getting my food as I was told it was already delivered when I got there to pick it up, but really it wasn’t. I told them to re-deliver it and they refused. I would have tipped the guy well but customer support didn’t want to bend their backs and help me. I’m not wasting my gas if you can’t even re-assure me when I ask you, “So if I just picked it up, will my order be hot when I get there?” Now they have food that wasn’t paid for and will be wasted. Where to start? I really like Domino's Pizza, and it has been a regular part of my family since it opened when I lived in Philly, and this Domino's pizza for the last 4 years! Just tried the Parmesan stuffed crust pizza with the garlic parmesan sauce with chicken,sausage,onions,spinach, and banana peppers, and a garlic parmesan seasoned crust. It was delicious, hot, and fresh! The drivers are always polite and on-time, and are very kind and respectful. I hope all the best to the owner and staff in the days ahead and hope more and more will try your place if they haven't yet and have a similar great experience!
