Igloo Soft Freeze — Restaurant in East Saint Clair Township

We were there the other day and purchased three flurries and when we got them home we found out that they had the names on the cups completely mixed up scratched out relabeled and still mixed up with the three different flavors that we had so we all had to taste and see what we had and then switch them around between us then I began to eat mine and started finding pieces of Styrofoam in my ice cream and I noticed that I had a cup inside of a cup and the inner cup had been chewed up I am assuming by the mixer and it had pieces of Styrofoam through the ice cream now this is totally uncalled for, they should have just thrown it away and made me a new one but no they went ahead and sent that out knowing that the inner cup had got chewed up with the mixer and pieces were all through the ice cream this was a...

There was a line in the drive through of three cars in front of us. No big deal right? Usually lines go by pretty fast, and I’m a fairly patient person. Just being an ice cream place you would assume it would go by fast! ONE car, took twenty minutes to pass... there wasn’t a line at the walk up window, looked to be only two people in car.. at least two-three employees inside the building. How is that even possible?! We timed each car, second car took 13 minutes.. literally left after that because at this rate we would’ve been there half the evening. There was absolutely no reason to have to wait 33 minutes for ice cream. I can’t imagine running a business in that manor. My suggestion not that it really matters, the igloo in Everett! They’re so much better, this...

Ordered two ice cream cones both the same size, medium cones. One yogurt and one flavor burst. Despite being the same size cone the difference in ice cream amount was abysmal compared to not only each other, but rival ice cream stands. Employees weren't willing to fix it or offer a viable excuse for being ripped off that much ice cream.

Would not reccomend stopping at this location and instead make a stop at the Everrtt Location or Even another ice cream...
