Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Windsor

extremely rude disgusting people very unprofessional very rude clearly every single one of those employees hates their job and takes it out on the customer I spent over $100 in that restaurant this morning nothing but attitudes dirty looks and eye rolls I will never conduct business at that establishment again I will gladly drive 5 miles away to the next Dunkin donuts next time.. and as I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting on my order I witnessed them treat three different delivery drivers like rats off the street completely unacceptable behavior it's a wonder why these people even have jobs...

HORRIBLE I GO THROUGH EVERY DAY TO HAVE MY ORDER MESSED UP AND WE EVEN TIP THEM, Burn't bagels, food is always missing and coffee is wrong and it's black coffee. I don't get it I use to be a manager of a dunkin and it is not rocket science. Maybe 3 good people at the location they deserve a raise, they make up for the other people at this location. The people who deserve a raise is the 8:30 am staff, old lady in the window the older who takes the orders and the young bubbly girl. if those 3 aren't there...

The slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Employees would rather hang out the drive through window and talk about the customers car for 5 minutes and that’s exactly what happened to me on several occasions. I’ve walked out of this location several times with nothing due to employees talking leisurely while I was standing at the register for 5 minutes. as if they were on break The old crew was friendly fast and professional.
