Glendale Grill — Restaurant in Easthampton

I was solo tonight, showed up at 430 on a Friday night. Bar was full. I sat at a high top, just wanted a quick bite and a beer. The bartender took my food and beer order and he brought a beer to me. My server came over a few minutes later and asked if I need anything else. I said no. She delivered my food and got me another beer. I was here for less than 20 minutes when another solo guy walks in. He sees the full bar and took a high top because that's all there is. My server goes over to him and said "No, this is the last table. I already have another solo and I can't do that." The guy said "Alright I'll just leave." She clumsily looked around to find him a spot at the bar, it was awkward. She made me feel uncomfortable as well with our interactions, like she was annoyed that she was serving me. The guy left and our server left us both insulted. Right after their interaction, I asked her for the check becuase she literally complained about the both of us in front of me. I didn't know the servers get to pick and choose what size table they get at Glendale Grill. The bartender guy was polite, made me feel welcome, and made the service a priority. The server was not welcoming at all. Yeah we are two solo guys occupying a high top with the capacity of 4 on a Friday night, and that will not make you the most $$, but your warmth will bring us back with friends and family time and time again. I wont be back, especially not with friends and family because I don't want to potientially expose them to the 'oldschool' diner political type service, where the server complains about how much money she may or may not make right in front of her customers....

June 1. first time back in a year. Ordered takeout wings. Horribly Overcooked and dry. Waste of money... Inedible... ended up in the trash.

My past review: Everyone working here needs to get on board with the jumbo wings pricing and also say Thank You to takeout customers.

Currently, the Wings price says „market“ on the website. I called in an order and was quoted $10.50 but it was $15.50 when I picked up my order. The waitress at checkout said yes she did say 10.50 but $15.50 is the price. No I’m sorry and no offer to fix my bill, and she just walked away.

As far as the pay for takeout routine … Be prepared to be given the bill to sign as the waitress walks away with not even a „Thank you“ … as you Are left alone at the register and then go find your order sitting amongst others at a nearby table. I’ve ordered takeout here numerous times since the Spring and this is always...

Wow. I had driven by this restaurant many times, assuming that it was a neighborhood breakfast nook ( a hidden gem ) maybe open from 6am to 2pm . Fast forward one night and I’m very hungry. I investigate local restaurants , midweek hoping to find something yummy. I recognize the restaurant and head directly there realizing that it’s that same “ breakfast nook” I thought I knew about. Long story short I have no idea what their hours are and if you want to spend your hard earned money eating one of the most enjoyable food you’ve ever had you MUST come experience this food. I promise you will not be disappointed. I had seared ahi tuna & oysters . I’m not going to try to give it words .. but I felt like everyone around me wasn’t just eating food … they were having an experience....
