Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Edcouch

Ordered online, 30 minutes early. Raced to location because the guy working the phones said to “be quick” since they closed at 11pm on a saturday… (i know i have my extra 30 minutes on Fridays and Saturdays…), got to the location at 10:46pm. Cheese pizza, burnt AND cold. the cheese was basically rubber. (or “it’s just cooked” as the cashier told me when i said it was burnt) Crazy Bread sticks, cold not even 30secs in a microwave or anything, no tamper sticker to close the bag!!! oh and the extramostbestest i had ordered 30 minutes before was going to take 7 minutes to cook… OH! and the kicker! NO RECEIPT!!! asked for a manager since this is a sign they have plastered outside on the drive thru window (NO RECEPT AT TIME OF PURCHASE? ASK FOR A MANAGER & GET A FREE CHEESE OR PEPPERONI PIZZA) and she says “oh i’ll print it for you!” yes sure but the point is i shouldn’t ask for my own receipt or have to remind you, i’m sure that’s why the sign was there in the first place. I usually like little caesars more than any other pizza place in town, but ugh, please either train the night shift kids better or get new ones that aren’t so argumentative and can actually make a quality pizza as is little...

First I tried calling to place my order they never answered the phone when I arrived I was the only customer in the lobby and the cashier by the name of Miss Moreno came and took my order then after I sat down three more people walked in and got in line and they waited in line 12 minutes until I finally told a gentleman that was cutting the pizzas if I could speak to the manager Ms Moreno reproached the counter and told the customer you'll have to give me a little bit of time I'm busy and they never came back to take the order from the first person of three that were in line so I asked the mail cook that was cutting the pizzas can you call the manager a lady came up front and tell me what seems to be the problem I told her man there's three people that have been waiting in line 15 minutes and they'd like to order and she said to me and what's it to you so I just told her well they want to make their order and I sat down and then I was taking a recording of her actions as she was tending to the customers and she made a statement to miss Moreno apparently the lead employee saying this guy's recording up here...

I ordered a hot n' ready and i go ro pay and they charge me 7.50$ so i ask the cashier, "ma'am are the pizzas not 5$", she replys no we "have the extra most best pizza the hot n' readys will take 10 mins to make" ans i say "well ill wait", so i payed 5$+tax, and i waited 10 mins and no one gave me my pizza so i go inside the store and i talj to the manager "ma'am do you not have hot n' readys anymore?" She replys with yes the extra most best is the new hot n' ready." So i said " so why did the cashier say that you guys dont have any 5$ pizzas and that the hot n' readys will take 10 mins." She just ignored me and gave me my pizza and said "have a nice day" i told her " if your going to lie to customers at least get your storys strait" in left never to come back so carful with your order and make sure your getting charged for a 5$ hot n' ready NOT a...
