Dunkin' — Restaurant in Eddington

My experience with this location today was HORRIBLE! The manager on duty, David, was loudly belittling the employees on shift. Telling them to watch drink stickers, no wonder were going through so many cups. When I tried to order something not allowed, my server/cashier was starting to explain sizes available for such product, then David immediately cuts her off and is half yelling at me. He continued to belittle the employees to the point one was almost in tears. They were there, just not rolling at that time. All of this happened within the span of ten minutes in front of numerous walkin customers. The disrespect he was giving as a leader was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. His behavior left the other walkin customers in complete fear and speechless.

Stopped in on my way to work for a refresher and a sandwich. The wait in the drivethru was 15 minutes behind just 3 cars. When I recieved my order, I thought the refresher looked a little pale but thought I was now late for work I would give it a try. I took about 3 swigs of it and decided it was mostly green tea. I get these regularly and this was too far off from standard. I left it in my car while at work with the idea I would talk with them on my way home. The clerk at the counter looked at my cup and said I had already drank it, it was from the morning and I wouldn't be either getting a new one or money back. I hadn't even had 1/4 of the drink. I also didn't have time to run back in as I was late on account of their super slow drivethru. I threw the cup away and said I would not be back. I have 3 other dunkin's along my route. She replied with OH NO we'll lose a customer. Rude, no consistancy with their service. I highly recommend any...

I must say I live local and I visit this Dunkin quite frequently and over the past two weeks they’ve been migrating new workers into the store and the service/Quality has been getting worse throughout the days. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at that Dunkin. My coffee wasn’t made right my bacon, egg and cheese. Plain bagel was not cooked or toasted. when I went inside to have my coffee remade, I stood there for 20 minutes for the remade coffee. And the coffee was worse than the first one Ended up just throwing it out and going to the Holden Dunkin’ Donuts instead. The workers were completely discombobulated They did not appear to be fully trained nor ready to be working on their own. They should’ve had an experienced manager there sure everything was going right...
