Heritage On 9 Restaurant & Tavern — Restaurant in Eddington

This is the 3rd time I have been to this establishment. The first time it was a great experience. The second time the food was still pretty good but the service was a bit off. This time it was off all the way around. We got there and had to wait for a table even though there were several empty tables but I guess they didn’t want to use that area. We finally got seated and I got my coffee. No one ever came to see if my wife or son wanted something to drink. We finally ordered and my wife ordered bananas foster pancakes. After a few minutes the waitress came back and said they were out of bananas and asked if she wanted blueberry pancakes instead. My wife said “not really” but was not given a menu to look at to get something else so she eventually said ok to the blueberry pancakes. By this point I had finished my coffee and the waitress came around to fill the coffee and stopped at the table across from me first, then continued down that side so I assumed she would come back on my side - nope she walked right past us with a half full carafe of coffee but none for me. When our food came it was not that good - my eggs were over hard (I ordered over medium) and both my wife and son said their pancakes were undercooked and very heavy. I could have complained but at this point I really just wanted to get out of there. I rarely say I will never go back to a place but I can say I will not drive out of my way to go there again and I really have no reason to drive that far out route 9 so I am sure it...

Gave my boyfriend a job and treated him like absolute crud on his first shift. Then never paid him for his time and never called him back. Illegal and REALLY terrible. You should be ashamed of yourselves for how terrible you treat people and how poorly you manage a buisness.

Also, I did eat there and it is really expensive. Relatively small selection but really good food (credit where credit is due). Beer selection was good but not a place to get mixed drinks- I had thought it would be a real bar from the fb posts but their selection was very small and they weren't pushing any specials at all? I also know first hand how poorly they trained and managed their staff which really bothers me (my boyfriend has several years of waiting experience in a university town sport bar- of course I am biased but if it was this bad after ONE shift I can only imagine). Not to mention I (as a paying customer) sat at the bar while she yelled at my both my boyfriend and the bar tender- not professional or appropriate. Glasses and dishes weren't being cleared, no silverware had been rolled, and I had to ask for a menu. Not blaming the staff at all. They were doing their best. Don't support...

Horrible service the owners were extremly rude and even told me they didnt have lettuce so my boyfriend had to go to the kitchen himself and ask for that and mayo...but hmm thought they didnt have that. Also we got a hundred dollar gift certificate and they told me we couldnt pay for drinks with it, and that it was illegal to do so..but ive never been to a restaurant and ordered food and alcoholic beverages and paid with a gift card and had the waiter come back with the bill and say you still owe for your drinks..nor does it say anything on the gift certificate about how you cant use it for drinks. Bad service bad food and now i have a gift certificate that i cant even use for my anniversary dinner because i cant pay for eveything with it even though it was paid for with cash so it should be treated as so!!!! Oh and did i mention how rude the owners were to me and my family! And the food was pre cooked and had shells in our lobster roll and they did nothing to...
