Very disappointed in our stop on 4/12/25 around 11:30/midnight. We had a shuttle take us back to Eden after a work party and came into 2fers because Scud’s was closed. There were approximately 7 people at the establishment already when the 10 of us walked in. We were all pretty obviously around age 30 except 2 much older and 2 that were around 24. My husband and I sat down to order a drink and the bartender(didn’t get her name but she was a tall, beautiful brunette with a nose piercing) didn’t even greet us, but sharply said she needed to see our ID. my husband and I showed her ours and proceeded to order. She cut us off and started to yell at us that she needed to see the rest of the groups ID too. I said yeah you can ask them when they order. And she yelled at me that she needed to see them now. I didn’t really understand why she was yelling at me about it and I started making conversation with one of the regulars, who was very nice to me. Finally she got us drinks and then went back to talking to a regular at the other end of the bar. I walked back by the pool table where some other friends were and proceeded to say the bartender was rude and wanted to see everyone’s ID. To which my friends said well if she’s so upset we are here we can just leave. 3 guys had gone outside to smoke. When they came back in she walked over to our table and started yelling at everyone that she needed to see their ID’s. 3 of us who had all bartended in the past said you don’t have to be so mean about it and everyone showed their ID’s. Then she raised her voice even more and said she yelled and asked for it 4 times. I said you yelled at me about it, I’m not in charge of gathering IDs for you and you didn’t even give them a chance to order a drink and now they don’t even want to because you are so mean. What’s sad is is our group was 80% Eden people. She was treating us like outsiders, even so, this was not the type of atmosphere I expect out of an Eden establishment. People who live in/near Eden value the fun, happy go luck workers and patrons you find when you walk into a bar. A bartender that will smile and say “what can I get ya?” Or make you feel welcome. I’ve bartended and the way to handle that would have been to grab their drink order, hold the can in front of them before opening, then smile and say “can I just see some ID first?” My husband and I have come to 2fers for fish in the past and enjoyed it. Thanks to this experience we will NEVER...

Read moreThe 4 of us had dinner. All the food was very good EXCEPT the Cod Fish that I had. It was way under cooked. I also swear it was Pollack fish & not COD. I didn't say anything to the staff because everyone else was happy, but I will NEVER order fish here again. NEVER. The service was great & the happy hour price was fantastic. It was Ash Wednesday & I saw other Catholics in the building eating fish. I hope theirs was better. No fish...
