22 April at 6:00 p.m. our first time in this restaurant the young lady that was working the counter was extremely friendly and greeted us immediately when we enter the restaurant she welcomed Us in for being first time customers, she went over the menu with us explaining what the specials are and even giving some suggestions on the menu items. The two guys that were cooking also were extremely friendly gave some suggestions on the menu they explained the specials for the evening. We ordered a couple of sandwiches, the food was at our table in no time. The food was excellent prepared exactly how we had wanted. I'm at the hotel in Edgewood 3 weeks out of the month, every month. I can't believe I have not been here before. These folks have a really nice menu the food was excellent this is going to be my new place to eat here in Edgewood I hope the owner or the manager sees this review and says something to his employees. These three young folks were doing an outstanding job they made folks feel welcome and they put out some very very good food. Thank you again my friends we will definitely be back UPDATE- we went back again last night, I had the Hawaiian special udon noodles, I cannot express eno7gh how freakin incredible this dish was or is! The flavors are insane!!! It amazes me the quality if food these folks put out of this unassuming small café. You have new loyal customers, and we will be back often!!!! Thanks my friends

We live in Edgewood and this was our first visit to All Roads Cafe. After reading all the glowing reviews, I had to try. Husband and I each had the January special which is a Monte Cristo - it did not disappoint! It was huge and so delicious - piled high on with Turkey, ham and two cheeses on the fluffiest french toast bread sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with chipotle raspberry sauce - the sauce had just a hint of kick to it which is what I prefer. Daughter had the kids grilled cheese with chips - she loved it - ate the whole thing which is unusual for her. The atmosphere is pleasant, quiet, and very comfortable. The service was friendly and very efficient. Everything is very reasonably priced especially for how huge these sandwiches are! Drinks are bottled or canned which is fine with me. Will definitely go back to try more delicious sandwiches and parfaits! The only thing I would recommend is getting the chips with one of the seasonings added - I had plain sweet potato chips and wasn’t particularly fond of them but husband had the garlic jalapeño regular potato chips and those were yummy!

A great place with delicious food! First, I have to say that the decoration is pretty cool, with crazy pictures hanging from the wall, which is fun. And we went Friday night, so they had live music. Then, the food: very unique and special. My husband took a Reuben’s and I got a Cajun pasta. We came from being hours driving so it was the perfect reward after all that! OH, and there was a special dessert of the day, the “churro cheesecake”, which was A-MA-ZING. Besides that, I must give 5 stars to the staff! They were extremely nice: I forgot my cards there and remembered when we were back on the road again. I called, they had them but we couldn’t return, so they sent them via mail post. Great place with great people!!

We stopped in here on our roadtrip at approx 19.05pm for a bite to eat before heading to our hotel as the reviews looked so good. We were greeted by one of the three people behind the counter who served me on the counter when I went up to order. The closing time stated 20.00hrs. I had ordered and paid for my food by 19.12pm two sandwiches and two drinks. I was aware we would be only there for max 30 mins eating and out by closing time stated. However I then changed my order to take out as I could tell the other two staff were not happy I had chosen to sit in, it's clear to see with an open plan kitchen and one staff throwing the slice of meet/cheese down on the counter when he was told the order was for eat in. I have worked in hospitality for 10 years and I know it can be frustrating having late customers but would never display this in front of the customer. This chap seemed pointedly happy with my change of mind even saying 'ha see' to the nice man on the till. I had already prepaid my tip at this point, which I probably would have reduced had I known this was coming. No one explained anything on the menu to us or even handed us a menu to look at I had to take one myself. In general except for the chap on the til, I wouldn't return because of the discomfort I felt. My mother did not even want to sit while we waited then.

I have given extra stars because despite the atmosphere the guy on the till was polite and I cannot fault the food which was actually very tasty! The decor is very funky too. It's a shame but I will not be able to recommend stopping here for anyone doing route 66 travelling...
