Red River Kitchen at Braemar — Restaurant in Edina

Sadly, Red River Kitchen has really gone downhill this year. Used to be a great place for food and beverages for several years. Food is terrible - hamburgers are flat and tasteless, chicken nuggets are mostly crunchy deep fried batter with little chicken (used to have great chicken strips), Kid’s meal grilled cheese wasn’t even melted. Staff is not informed - Kid’s meal includes fountain beverage, but they charge for it unless you catch it and tell them not to. They’ve also messed up several orders through out the summer. We decided to head over to Braemar for dinner. We had heard it was very good. My husband had a burger. It was the flatest thing you've ever seen. Black and dry. Terrible. The new chef at Braemar / Red River Kitchen is fantastic. The food is much improved from in the past.
