We had a bad experience there about 3 months ago. The skinny guy with glasses at register was very rude to us so we decided not to go there again, however today we decided to give it another try. Bad choice. We sat down and waited for at least 10 minutes and no one came to get our drink order so that same skinny guy with glasses at register who seems to be in charge was passing by our table so I asked if someone could attend us, his answer was, we are coming, its just that workers are just coming in. This was at 8:15am. And he walked off. This lady brought us our drinks finally and walked off, we waited again another 10 to 15 minutes and no one would come take our order so as the same skinny guy was passing by again I asked again if we had a waiter so I saw him point at the old man waiter to come take our order so we finally ordered. We waited another 15 minutes and our food never came so I asked another waitress to check on our order because other customers who had just walked in were already eating and we were still waiting on our food. She checked on it and said they are making it , its coming. A few minutes later the old man comes out with my wife's 2 tacos and walked off..as he walked by again I asked about mine and he said they are making it so at that point I said forget it .. We decided we had enough so we went to the skinny guy with glasses at register, I might be wrong but I think he is either the owner or manager. We told him but he did not care, we tried talking to him but he was so so rude . as we spoke he was just doing a waving motion with his hands. He wanted us gone because he didn't want other customers to see or hear.. He knows he has plenty of customers so us leaving did not hurt his business. No matter how good the food , that was no way to treat customers. What I saw was that those they treat good are all the regulars.which is why they write good reviews. I urge all who care about good service to boycott places like this. Just...
Read moreIf there was a option for Zero stars I would be using it.Iâve been going to this restaurant for years and recently had a fundraiser with them & my sons school at B.L.Garza.I bought all five tickets so 10$ each one, so 50$.I past the deadline by ONE day, I called the next morning asking if I could still pick up those plates .That I purchased for my son.I had understood thier deadline but , by one day , I didnât ask for my money back nor wanted to make a huge scene.Just want to see if I could get the plates I paid for.The manager rudely said ânoâ.I asked if I could at least have 2 plates out of the 5 that I paid for, and he still said ânoâ.Being a customer whoâs dinned there for years , with my family.I was shocked, your telling me a âfamily â ârespected â restaurant is willing to loose a customer they have been having for years for 50$.What I donât get is why?The tickets were paid for by me.The food purchase wasnât on some special promotion or deal. They were not at discounted price. If it was another manager he would have simply said â of course just make sure next time your come before for the deadline â I paid for the TICKETS .Your not losing your money as a business your just losing a customer who brought customers to your restaurant and scamming them. The money wasnât the issue the lack of sympathy ,and being a money hungry business is why I will no longer be dining here. Not showing sympathy for a one day ,AFTER IT WAS ALREAYD PAID .How embarrassing your should be ashamed. If you want a place who actually cares about you and not whatâs in your pocket I would not attend this restaurant. I will be leaving a review on...
Read moreMy mom and I decided to eat at 107 Cafe. It was my first time eating at 107 Cafe and I loved eat. What I look at in a new restaurant that I'm going to eat at is the cleanness. And 107 Cafe didn't disappoint me. The restaurant was clean!!!!! The server, who's name is Frank was polite, professional, and awesome!!!! He introduced himself, told us a little about the history of 107 Cafe. At other restaurants, like ZAMORA'S which I no longer visit, servers do not interact with the customers. Awesome job Frank!!!! Frank took our drink order, returns back and takes our food order. My mom and I ordered the Migas Rancheras. When Frank brout our order, my mom and I were like " WOW "!!! That's a lot of food. The food was delicious and they served us so much we ended taking the leftovers home. I definitely will be going back as this is my new favorite restaurant, because of the service, ( Frank ), and because of...
