El Torito Grill Mexican Restaurant by Chef Chuy — Restaurant in Edinburgh

I’ve been driving for 4 hours roughly. I stopped here for gas. I was going to eat food out of my cooler but I said no, let me try this place. I’m exhausted and starving with another 5 hours to go..I went in and ordered a $5 meal (menu price) and he asks me for $10.08 I think it was. I gave him 2 $5’s and a quarter. He took the one five and put it straight in his pocket. I went out to at least get a soda and to situate the car, for the rest of the trip. When the food was done he yelled out the door and I grabbed food, but at the same time I said ‘I had planned on giving you a $5 anyway..I walked away, and pulled around to the front to eat. I took the foil off and there was a hair almost placed perfectly on the sour cream. Maybe I pisst him b/c I asked for Pico. Who knows, all I do know is that in 2 weeks when I’m headed back home, this will not not not be the stop! Well, if fate leads me to needing fuel here again, I will NOT go to the restaurant they con you at, n then serve you hair deliberately, I believe. I scooped the hair and the sour cream off and smashed! I will say it didn’t taste too bad, I’m kinda glad I didn’t throw it on the ground in front of their door. Kinda...

To be honest, this being in the same building as a gas station kinda put me off, so I had not eaten here. My cousin wanted to eat there and said it was very good so I decided to give it a try. We had a large party, and they seated us right away at a table big enough to accommodate all of us. They have a typical Mexican restaurant menu and decor. The waitress was very nice and attentive. She got us all taken care of, and our food came pretty fast. It was hot and yummy. Everyone was very happy with what they ordered. The margaritas were so good! I was glad we got pitchers, and we finished every last drop. Will be making this a routine place to get Mexican food. They were a lot busier than I had expected, and all seemed happy with their experience and saw a lot of people picking up orders...

Awesome from the start to the finish it had a opportunity to purchase fresh meat and sausage from their inside meat counter it is a great place for those that want to experience the real Mexican culture of great food and flavor and while waiting for my order to go it gives you an opportunity to visually experience the hard work and care they personally apply to each and every customers order the respect and service unquestionably some of the best I've ever personally experienced thank...
