Really enjoyed my experience at Little Knights! Itās a small, family owned Mexican restaurant in Edmond. The restaurant is small and probably not the best for larger groups, but definitely plenty of tables for 4 with patio seating available as well. There was a good variety of menu items and the prices were reasonable. We ordered the enchiladas plate, super burrito, and guacamole. Chips, salsa, and queso came with our meal and were delicious! The super burrito stood out- it was great value with good flavor, and it features a quesadilla wrap, so there was cheese in every bite! The enchiladas were flavorful, and the chicken and beef were my favorite (you can try different fillings in one order). The service was fast and they were attentive and friendly. Overall, I was impressed by Little Knights and would definitely return if I was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love supporting local restaurants, particularly when they are good. Little Knights is great food with casual ambience. It is small and somewhat cozy, so if you have a large party you may want to consider dining on the patio. I think it's seems as though it's a fusion of styles of Mexican cuisine, but it works well! Highly recommend! It also happens to be next door to Mark's Shortstop, which coincidentally was a full set for an upcoming movie starting Bella Thorne. The crew said that they got takeout from Little Knights repeatedly...

The chorizo was cooked like almost fried , not the kind that leaves the red greasy drips when you eat it, itās s little more cooked down and crispy. It was delish. My potato and egg was just as wonderful, and someoneās entree came with a side of black beans which were richly flavored and perfect texture (kind of thick sauce but not refried)
Jimās burrito was good too, the wrap was a little hard to cut with his fork , but other than that it was generous and held a great combo of flavors . Sorry no pics but the tacos had that double corn tortilla on the...
