Railhead BBQ — Restaurant in Edmond

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place has NO idea what BBQ means. I ordered 3 pulled pork BBQ sandwiches. I envisioned smoked meat that has been simmering in BBQ sauce for hours. I know good BBQ is not cheap but I paid over $37.00 for three small cold pork sandwiches with dry meat, a small tub of cold BBQ sauce, warm rubbery french fries and two cold cobblers that must have been at least a week old. When I called and complained to the manager all she had to say was that is the way we serve it. It is up to the customer to heat it up and apply the BBQ sauce. If you have more money than you have sense and don't care about the quality of your food then this may be the place for you. Did love this place and have eaten here many times. However, after my last order I wont be back. I placed a carry out order. I should of known there would be problems when I had to repeat my order to the girl 3 times. I dont know if she didnt care or was just not listening. She told me 25 mins I waited 30 and went up there and still sat in their drive thru for another 15 mins. Only to recieve an incorrect order, cold food and in my opinion a waste of $55 dollars for 3 people. I ordered 3 large drinks got one medium, the food was wrong and they didnt even put any silverware in the bag. Went there for lunch with my family. It took an hour to get our food. My daughter got a hamburger and as soon as she got it she pulled a 6 inch hair out of it. We sent it back and about fifteen min later they brought her a new burger. We were the only ones in the restaurant. My daughter proceeds to eat her hamburger. Well since it took 15 min to bring her a new one I didnt figure i needed to see if it was cooked. Well she ate half of it and set it down.
