Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Edna

Ordered the 16 piece family size. I have no qualms about the chicken. It was good. However,supposed to have come with 3 family size sides. There were enough COLD French fries for only 2 persons. There was enough COLD fried okra for only 2 persons. The so-called baked mac-n-cheese was cold and definitely NOT baked. And this was with an extra dollar for a size upgrade on all of the sides. This place is the biggest ripoff restaurant I have ever been to. Definitely will never purchase from this...

Leaving one star just cause it didn’t let me leave 0 stars. First off the staff is just coughing and sneezing all over the place, they messed up on my order 2 times, and they are rude. On top of that I waited 45 mins for my food. Not sure who owns or runs this place but you need to talk to your employees and teach them some customer service skills. FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE.

We waited 15 minute for someone to come to the speaker then we had to wait for another 15 just for 2 drinks. After 45 minutes of waiting they finally brought us food, but it was the wrong food. When i went in to exchange it/get our money back they said no bc we didn't have a receipt (they didn't give us one although requesting multiple times).
