Casey's — Restaurant in Effingham

I went to Casey's this morning and It kept saying card declined at the pump so I checked.my bank account it showed that Casey's had put a hold on the entire amount I had in my account. So i go in to see why. Lady at the register i didn't see her name she was very nice tall blonde hair older lady and she got her manager again i didn't see the name sorry I am.so bad at looking at names the manager was a nice younger lady who had dark hair very pretty face and was very nice she paid 20 on my behalf to get the gas I needed I want to thank them.both for being so nice to me and being very helpful...

Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Cashier was extremely rude and had an attitude towards every customer who she encountered. Proceeded to try and speak with manager about the issue and the cashier was raising her voice in the background towards me as well. If you want to have a good day then I wouldn’t recommend this as your stop. I spend money at this location almost daily but I would rather drive further than encounter this human...

The people who work here are very rude. Especially when the women work together. They only stand around and talk, even when customers are at the counter. A blonde woman named Jennifer works here and she’s rude towards me every time I come in. She acts like she doesn’t know how to do her job.
