Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Egelston Township

I usually go here during the day and never have any problems but I ordered food on the app to be picked up in the drive thru the app let me know my food was ready so I drove up to the window. The gentleman opened the window and looked frustrated that I was at the window asked what he could do for me and I told him the name for my order I was picking up he walked away and I sat there for 2 minutes and then another gentleman walked up and asked if I was helped I again tell him the order I am picking up and then he walks away a few seconds later the First Gentleman walked back and finally told me that he was still waiting for my pizza to come out of the oven so it would be fresh when he gave it to me. Once I finally got my pizza I left to go home. Once I got home I seen my pizza was terribly cut it was not cooked all the way through it was cold and my breadsticks were not cooked all...

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru finally got to the window and ordered and paid for two hot and readys they told me to pull around and they would bring it out to me waited another 15 mins in the parking lot then I had to go in and had to wait 10 more minutes before anybody asked if I’ve been helped then they told me it was just going in the oven that was another 15 minutes I finally got the pizzas just to get home and they aren’t even cooked all the way! I had to put them in the oven and finish cooking them!!! Worst experience I have ever had at a pizza place!!!! I will definitely not be returning and will never recommend this place to anyone! Waited 40 mins in the drive thru, got to the window and waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Tried to purchase 2 hot n readys before the lady told me it would be a 30 minute wait. A man in the background then said it would be an hour wait. They stood there not assisting any customers and being rude with them when they decided to tend to them.
