La Dianita's Tacos — Restaurant in El Campo

I found this place walking around town looking for breakfast on this cold morning. Its an old gas station building turned into a tex-mex restaurant. Nice comfortable seating. Today there is only one server who is on top of everything. I ordered the machacado plate a la mexicana. The tortillas were really soft handmade,the machacado was delicious with actual small cuts of meat and not the traditinal dried machacado, and last was the beans, OMG the refried beans are so delicious but the only bad thing was the small portion of them, but its ok since in the end I was full and satisfied. So much to say about this place! First it wasnt what i expexted at all, but in a good way. Second i was a little intimidated walking in, i thought maybe people like me are2nt welcome here!! I recently dined in on a early Sunday morning before church service to have Breakfast. I was greeted with a warm smile and service was amazing and the food was delicious 😋. My favorite was those tender Pork chops melt in your mouth and the Tripe in those bowls of Menudo is off the chain tender!
