My review is about their vegan options. Their menu clearly mentioned vegan options or vegetarian options that can be made vegan and gluten free. It is amazing for in the middle of nowhere where there is no restaurant in general.

The owners really thought it through providing options to hotel guests whether they are vegetarian, vegan, and/or gluten free.

I have tried several dishes and they are all delicious. What we tried were for breakfast: Chia Pudding and fruit, Vegetable Hash with opting hummus(or Justegg), Breakfast Burrito with Justegg and no cheese. Chillaquiles (w Justegg) was available but we didn’t try that. For lunch what we had was vegan Zaatar Bowl(gf) and ordered this 3 times. We didn’t try the starters: Cauliflower Wings, Shishito Peppers, Elote(veganized version) or Mezze Board(veganized version) but we had chips and guacamole. There were also a vegan salad and a dinner entree Berber Tagine(gf) that we didn’t try. We just don’t eat a lot, especially, for dinner. But they are there for you. Desserts were available such as vegan ice cream, Affogato, and granitas which we didn’t try. There are vegan cookies available at check in too and they are delicious!

There are several vegan items that are included in Happy Hour food prices from 3-5 pm. Staff really is accommodating. It takes 30 minutes to 1 hour to get to San Diego area where vegan food is available so this is really...

Kudos to the new best restaurant between San Diego and 5 Points in Tucson. I've been seeing this rehab project pop up on my social and legacy media pages for a while now. I drive between sd and el centro for court once or twice a year and I am so so so glad there is finally someplace worthwhile to eat between the two places (sorry Golden Acord 15 dollar prime rib special). This is a legit, destination level restaurant and they have full bar with bespoke cocktails. My lunch was delicioso as they say just across the border (you can see the border). The larger project which includes a redone hotel has high desert vibes and this restaurant reminded me of La Copine, one of my favorite spots out there. Worth a trip from sd, a must if you are driving the 8 and I would def return for a boozy dinner and...

Okay - let me start with the most important: GET THE 🍔 BURGER 🍔!!! I don't know if I will stay at the hotel again, but I might go out of my way to eat that burger and those perfect fries. They have this aioli that is like nothing I've ever tasted. I wish they sold that in a bottle, I would have brought home so many bottles! The beef is perfect, and they make it a point to tell you that all the beef comes from this small ranch. It really was worth the price.

The cocktails, as others have mentioned, are also...

We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We ordered their meze board (hope I said it correctly) and carrots with sauce, and finished off with a profiterole for dessert—it was all delicious. The next morning, we came back for breakfast and tried the Highway 60 (or maybe it was 80?) breakfast plate, along with some fresh guacamole. Everything was really tasty, and the service was amazing—super friendly and attentive. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and atmosphere.
