Well this was my second attempt. When my husband and I saw a Burger King was opening right down the road from us we were very excited because we prefer their food, especially breakfast, over McDonald's. However, our first visit was a huge disappointment, The food was wrong, barely warm and we waited forever for the original order and the replacement. But I decided to try it again this morning with my son on the way to a dentist appointment, and again the food was wrong and barely warm. I ordered a bacon and egg burrito no cheese, no sauce, only bacon egg and hash brown. I repeated it more than one time, the girl asked me if I wanted hashbrowns inside and I said yes. She said no cheese and I said yes and no sauce and she said it doesn't come with sauce. I said, yes it does. I have been ordering this burrito for a very long time for breakfast almost every day and if you don't order it without the sauce, you end up getting an orange Baja sauce on it. So they clearly don't know what is supposed to come in the burrito. I get the burrito, I pull up and open it up to find bacon and egg with no hashbrowns. At least there was no cheese and no sauce this time, but again they still made it wrong. How hard is it to get it right? And it was barely warm. I did not go back in because I did not have time. I was going to call and complain but the receipt does not have a phone number on it and there's no phone number I can find on the web. The girl at the window was very nice and gave my son a crown, but the most important thing to me when going to any type of restaurant is that the food be served correctly and hot, everything else is secondary. If you can't get that right you won't have customers no matter how nice you are. I probably will not eat here again for quite some time. Hopefully they can get their...
Read moreI don’t know what is going on at this Burger King location. There is always an issue at this location. I really believe it’s your management and employees who cause the repeating failure of service. When using the drive thru, the person rushes you and fails to listen or doesn’t comprehend the order. I asked for two #1 LARGE size and two order of mozzarella sticks. Got to the window and they handed me two #1 SMALL size with large drinks only and one order of the mozzarella. (This isn’t the first time either). I always check before driving off and had to question them for the rest of order. The shift manager showed me the receipt and apologized about missing the extra mozzarella sticks but said that I order small fries and wanted a large drink only. Thankfully I have a dashcam where we can listen to the order which didn’t match their Burger King receipt. The Dashcam even captured the argument. Seriously, how hard is it to take a food order and ensure what is ordered is served fresh in a bag. After I got home I realized that the two orders of mozzarella sticks where different. One was made fresh and the other has been sitting on the warmer for a while. It was literally like biting on to a piece of bark. Totally not the expectations for Burger King. For now on and at every Burger King, I will have the window teller repeat the order, demand the food be freshly made and presented the same as it’s illustrated on the menu, the fries are full and hot presented like the menu, and will inspect and lay out the order at the window prior to leaving. Burger King leaders, please starting holding your employees and managers accountable and that they maintain your standards of service...
Read moreSo I came in today 9/24 right before 11am and got my food order and was helped with Naomi let me say I’ve never ever felt so be little by a person with such a small mind. I was paying my order and she had the audacity to ask why I’m paying with both coins and Paper cash. I was pretty bothered and asked her if there was a problem than this girl wants to say she’s the manager at this location if I wanted to apply here I should. First and foremost I wasn’t sure if she could read with her glasses on, but my shirt said Carmax. I actually oversea the auction and just because I pay with both Paper and coins doesn’t make me poor. I don’t know how they can hire such a person. I called this location to speak with this lady’s GENERAL MANAGER if it was still the same guy and another girl told me he wasn’t available. I called several times during the day and I was getting the run around that he was busy, he was out and Etc.. I just know That the last lady manager Denise who I dealt with never questioned me, that she always said Good morning asked how’s my day, if I was just headed to work and never ever made me feel guilty weather I was using cash, coins or card. indeed this New Manager Naomi needs better customer service skills and needs to undergo further training on speaking with customers and...
