Arby's — Restaurant in El Paso

It’s taken 25 min from the time I arrived in the drive thru line to the time I got to the window. At the window I was given my milkshake (which I’ve since slowly taken care of) and told to pull forward and wait because they have to put more meat in the microwave and are waiting on that. I’ve since pulled forward and am still waiting for my food. It’s now been 34 min since I’ve arrived to the drive thru line and have been able to write this review and still don’t have my food...

Finally received my food and the order was...

There are days when the service is great, but there are just as many days of poor service. This morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I got a chicken tender on a biscuit. And instead of the french toast I ordered, I got a COLD croissant with turkey.

I've been served french toast sticks with no syrup and food that seemed to be sitting out for a while. I only returned because of the convenience. This is the reason that more people dont frequent this location. The staff Is really nice, but I expect to get what I pay for.i...

I've ordered one of their "Meal Menu" deals and I'm disappointed to say the least. The "Crispy Chicken Sandwich" was salty, I'm not sure if it is due to the sauce or the batter. The "Seasoned Fries" were over cooked or perhaps they spent hours under the heat lamp and most of them were just small pieces, which leads me to believe they were not fresh and have been sitting under the lamp for hours. The only thing that I can say was decent was the "Jalapeño Bites". Not a fan of Arby's...
