Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in El Paso

This place is so incovieniently incosistent it is like playing Russian Roulette with your mouth, stomach, and anus. The youth who work here are God awful. There is this short dirty little hispanic dude who will make you the worst Western BBQ sandwich possible. The onion rings in the sandwhich have been premade yesterday, and left sitting in the hold tray that long. Also he precooked the meat patties and may just leave them in the holding area way past it's hold time limit. The result? Awful dry and tasteless. His uniform is stained with grease, and that manager lets him work that way. New cashiers, and new generation of underachievement, will flatly deny you the ability to cover the change because they already pressed the computer to break a twenty. ( Example;" Your total is 11.18" I give cashier a twenty, I say I got the change, hand him two dimes. He states I cant do that, takes the twenty and two dimes and proceeds to give me back 8.82 cents. Stopped by for s shake, they didn't have strawberry, so i ordered 2 Oreo. Pulled up to the window and was only handed one shake which seemed like it had melted. I figured that's what happened since they took a very long time with the order in front of me. I told her i had ordered 2 and she gave me attitude, said to hold on and when she handed me the second shake, it was like a glass of Oreo milk. I told her to cancel itz and with attitude again she said, well we barely had enough ice cream for the first shake. I told her she should have said they were out of ice cream instead of handing me Oreo milk. She rolled her eyes and said, u want a refund? I said well, yeah. I've been going to the Airport location a couple times a month for the same ol chicken sandwich and Cali Double. I just went right now and it suuucked! Worst than the last time when I went a few weeks ago. Last time they made me a normal double cheese than the Cali, and the chicken sandys are way smaller now. I dunno if there's another one that's bigger. But today I got want I wanted and they put this old looking wilted lettuce this time, your could almost see through it . And it was tiny bit.
