Dairy Queen — Restaurant in El Paso

This is the worst location in el paso, TX! I will never go to this store again. I give zero stars because it was that bad but Google requires that you give at least one star. So its about 6:40 pm when my wife and I pull up to the DQ. We order and right away the lady does not repeat our order correctly. So we give her the right order and pull up. Then we are in the drive thru about a whole 5min and are asked to pull up to the front of the store and our order will be right up. We pull around and we have 2 cars in front of us. We wait and wait and wait and no one comes out for about 10 min. My wife has been commenting on how the girls (who are clearly in uniform and work there) have been walking around doing nothing, or eating icecream, or sitting in the booths in the lobby. It has now been about 20 min and one girl comes out and gives food to one car. We wait another 2-3 min and the lady in front of us has had it and she gets out of her car and goes in and comes out with only 2 ice creams. So my wife and I start talking about going in and raising some hell because by now it's been almost close to 25min and we have only ordered 2 meals and 2 blizzards. So we decided that we just want to cancel our order so my wife finds the receipt and goes into the store then come out 2 min later with our food. She forgets my drink so goes back in and is waiting in line. I start checking our food to find that the burger is cold. So I take it in to my wife and she tells me it will take way to long to wait for another burger at this point I'm upset shes upset we say whatever and leave. I have never had such a bad experience at any other fast food place. I will not be returning to this location which is very conveniently located on the way to my bother in laws house. I dont mind going out of my way to get better service and he able to enjoy my food. I hope this helps anyone who may need yo go to...

What an experience I just had at this location! I ordered tacos and jalapeno sticks. We had to sit by the restrooms due to a full dining area. I don't know if there's circulation but it smelled like straight poop, absolutely disgusting. I didn't realize how dirty the store was until I dinned in. It gets even better. The store was extremely disorganized. AS I bit into my taco the meat was so cold and there was a hair in the ranch. I took my order back up there I wasn't upset at this point. I requested for my food to be remade. They brought the same tacos back and we're just microwave. As I was taking my order back to get my refund there was 4 people behind me with the same issue.the insane part is that eyewitnessed the chef take the taco meat and put it on a taco salad right in front of me and served it to an elderly lady that was already seated. Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 icecream cones. While in line I called in to order a small burger, I was kept on hold for 8 minutes and when I got to the window I was still on hold. The lady asked if my order was something other than what I ordered, I said no, she asked me 3 more X's about different orders that were not mine. She finally asked is your order 2 medium and I said yes. She brought me 2 blizzard's and i said, wrong order. I got frustrated and asked for my money back and a guy came to the window and said if I had been given anything and I told him no, that the blizzard's were in the window and he said not to give him attitude and suffice to say we got into a big argument and finally I got my money back.
