Los Toreados — Restaurant in El Paso

The food is good here. They serve you a tortilla soup right before your meal as well as chips and homemade salsa. I ordered the enchiladas montadas de Pollo (rojo), and the sauce was good. I'm not entirely sure if it was homemade or pre-packaged but for sure the refried beans were from a can. Either way, the enchiladas we're good and big. The sopa de arroz was really good too. My husband got the steak tacos and devoured them. One tip, the kid's meal cheeseburger is the exact same size as the regular cheeseburger. The only difference other than the price is that the regular cheeseburger comes with lettuce, tomato and onion. Instead of paying the $6.99 for my daughter's burger, I should have just gotten her the one from the kids menu as she doesn't like tomatoes or onions anyway. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because their bathrooms are pretty disgusting. Do not touch anything while in there. Wash your hands thoroughly too. Hopefully management will read this and have the bathrooms power washed so that I could give them 5 stars....

First review ever I ordered a comida corrida that comes with a soup and a dish of your choice. So I got the Caldo Tlalpeño and some tacos. The Caldo Tlalpeño should come with some sheedded chicken. When I got mine and started eating, as i took a bite a piece of bone got stuck in my throat scaring me. I started inspecting the soup and notice it had lots of tiny bones. So I called the main waitress(not the one that was attending me) to let her know, but she did not care and just told me that she would tell the cook. I taught that she would change the soup for another one but nope she just went on like nothing happen. My throat was hurting that I couldn't even eat the tacos so decided to take them home. When I went to pay and told the main waitress I couldn't eat the tacos because my throat was hurting she just smirked at me with confusión and ignored me. I paid and left with anger, very bad service. Hope one day nobody chokes when they eat at this restaurant. Los...

The service was terrible. My family and I waited 10 mins just for our server to come up to us. There was only 2 other tables there, and they both had been served already. After putting in our order my wife noticed that the other 2 tables were sniffing their food and sending it back, and refusing to order anything else. Our food, which keep in mind was the only order placed besides to go orders took 40 mins! And when it came out it was cold, not only that but the waitress forgot to put in my daughter's order of pancakes. Here's a pro tip, the kids food always comes out first. Now for something more indept from a family who works in the restaurant business. The cook was holding our gordita with a dirty wash rag as he cut them, there was multiple health code violations. And the fountain drink... THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS HAD MOLD. Because apparently it's too much to ask to wash your soda machine. I would give this place negative stars if it...
