I went into your restaurant for lunch like I do almost every week. Only this time you denied me my coupon. I was told by your employee that the number 6 "the boss" was not included. Not wanting to make a big deal I said OK and paid for my meal. When I got home and I inspected the coupon it said nothing about excluding my subs of choice. Maybe the employee was new, not 100% sure but I'll probably stop going to this location after this. If your not up to date with your promotions I shouldn't have to challenge it. Lastly your cucmbers were no longer fresh. Not satisfied at all

I ordered an Italian BMT and received this. Came with no cheese in which in the order I clearly asked for pepper jack and extra provolone. I also asked for banana peppers and pickles and didn’t get any. Also asked for the sand which to be toasted but getting no veggies or options you asked for is by far worse. This is by far the worst subway in all of El Paso.

My pregnant wife and I went through the drive thru at 7:50 and waited behind a vehicle for 5 minutes before pulling up to the window, at 7:55. The girl at the window said we are closed. I asked what time they closed and she responded with at 8:00. My pregnant wife told her it wasn’t 8:00 yet and the girl responded with “We have a rule, we close 5 minutes before closing time!” The girl then said sorry but we are closed! My wife responded “I’m sure you are!” and began to drive away. The girl proceeded to yell at my wife as we drove away. I would have spoke to the manager, however I’m sure one was not present and only had seen two teenagers inside the store. Customer service is terrible and I will not be visiting this location again! You would never receive customer service like this at...

This was a visit dated 11/2/2023 around 3-5pm. The bigger guy working at the time was so rude . I asked him to put the veggies on the bottom portion of the bread and not on Top of the meat and he responded with “does it even make a difference “ I went ahead and explained that it would cook everything evenly. He continued with his attitude the visit. The girl at the time was also very rude to me at the beginning that’s when the bigger guy took over . Anyways I can’t imagine why they hate their lives so much for them to act like this toward other people. I like my sandwich my ways and pretty sure they like there sandwiches they make for themselves the way they want . I’m not sure why people are so angry with their lives. This location has the worst management and quality control standards. I wanted to try their new bacon Tatum and all that was put in the sandwich was some turkey and small amounts of lettuce and jalapeño. I reached out to the owner and Cynthia Parra emailed me the most generic email that stated thanks for reaching out, sorry we messed up, thank you for your loyalty!?!? It actually says we can't wait to serve you again. I have news Mrs. Parra, customers DESERVE to receive a quality product that we pay for. It is obvious this owner is too busy to even read customer feedback. I will gladly go to Jimmy John's, fire house subs, or even Jason's deli. NEVER NEVER NEVER visit...
