Ranch House, LLC — Restaurant in Elba

We were traveling thru and googled restraints in Elba. Decided to eat here. Food was average. The chicken strips were cooked too long and had been sitting out. But the deal breaker came when another patron returned his fork to the clean forks and told the lady he did not use it. Even so he handled it and it lay on his table while he was eating. Not something that is done. Makes me think they might also reuse bread etc that someone leaves untouched. Just thought it was not right. Will not stop...

When I worked in Elba, I used to eat breakfast here every single morning. The staff was always great and there was every bit of the southern family atmosphere going on here.

I truly miss getting to see Miss Sharon and her daughter every day, not to mention the regular cast of characters sitting around swapping fishing stories and drinking...

I had never heard of or seen this place. But I'm glad I stopped. The staff was sweeter than can be. The food was delicious, pork didn't need sauce but it was even better with it, the cornbread was cooked perfectly and not too salty, and the greens were to die for not too sweet and no bitterness whatsoever. 10/10...
