Our company strives to support local businesses whenever possible. As a cooperative, we take this commitment seriously. So, when it came time to plan our company Christmas party, we naturally turned to local caterers. The Knotty Pine was at the top of our list - they’re experienced, reliable, and willing to travel the 45 minutes to our chosen venue. Working with Steve and Jacky was an absolute pleasure! We knew we wanted a menu featuring appetizers, salads, desserts, and both Prime Rib and Chicken options. We also needed to accommodate guests with food sensitivities and have bar service taken care of. Steve offered thoughtful advice and creative suggestions, making the planning process simple and stress-free. He even asked for cocktail preferences in advance to ensure everything was ready for our guests. On the day of our party, our caterers went above and beyond. The food arrived hot, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with special touches that elevated the entire experience. The spinach and artichoke dip was perfectly cheesy, and the cheesecake bar with customizable toppings was a big hit. Guests could enjoy seconds, and everything ran smoothly - dishes were cleared promptly and bar service continued until the very end. This was truly the best experience we’ve ever had for a staff Christmas party. These gatherings are our way of thanking employees for their dedication throughout the year, and The Knotty Pine helped make it a memorable, enjoyable event for everyone. This place may be one of the worst restaurants i have ever eatn at. I ate here because i am visiting my wifes family, it is the only restraunt that was open and wow was it awful. I work at a burger joint in small town tn, hand cut fries, hand pattied burgers and fresh unfrozen food, I was hoping i had found a small town gem but unfortunately it was more of a small town garbage dump. By the way all burgers can only be cooked well done because they are frozen, yuck! The food tasted like it came from Wal-Mart and honestly i am sure it does. As bad as the food was the service was ten times worse we had to hunt down our waitress for refills,and our ticket! Once the order was taken we became invisible. I would never and i mean never go back here i would drive to the cities to eat before having to go back to this place, how they have any positive reviews bewilders me, stay away from this dump, customers mean nothing to these people youd expect if they feed you slop they woukd atleast give good service, nope you get garbage on both fronts!...

My husband and I decided to try this place out on our way through town. The fact that it was a bar and grill is why we chose to stop. The only food they were serving was frozen pizza. So that in itself was disappointing. But we ordered one anyway. It was good but I know they personally didnt make it. My husband and I are in food service and therefore know what regularions are when it comes to handling food. Our server was never seen to wash her hands and yet touched peoples money, plates, cups, and food. She also carried around a wash cloth to wipe tables and counters but still never washed her hands before handling our food. I felt really disturbed when I saw her make a couple of ladies their Bloody Marys. She touched every olive and celery stick that went into their drink without ever washing before hand. Needless to say, I was so disturbed I couldnt keep eating and decided it was time to leave. We will never return nor would we recommend anyone...
