Starbucks — Restaurant in Elgin

This is far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Especially during the afternoon. The staff is blind to service. They don't move quick enough. They don't engage with customers. I try to order something as simple as a iced coffee with sweet foam and a little bit of sweet cream and they think I want a cold brew or a latte charge me for something completely different. Then I have them change the order like that's not what I ordered. Then tried to charge me for two coffees when I only wanted one. How stupid can you be. I used to be a GM of a barista shop years ago. And I would never have any of my staff give lazy service like this and they will definitely. Acknowledge customers and have a a good customer relationship. This location May need to rethink the staff they hire here because honestly it is complete trash and I see people walking out and paying for orders because they can't waste their time to stay they leave. I always go to many different Starbucks locations and order a grande chai latte with cold foam in a venti cup. I have never had an issue and the cup is always pretty close to the top if not full. Today I placed an online order with that same order. The drink was not even close to full. I took one sip out of the drink before taking this picture and as you can see it isn't even close to full.
