Subway — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Extremely slow drive through service!!!! Staff quality was poor had to repeat order 11 times. Ordered 3 ft longs one being a BLT when I got it it only had bacon no lettuce or tomato and the bacon was so burnt it turned to black dust to the touch!!! Another sub was a sweet onion chicken, to which they didn't put any sweet onion sauce and had very little chicken!!!! The last sub was a meatball sub that was a ft long and had one meat ball per side and no cheese!!!!! This place is a joke, when I took the sandwiches back the person working said I should have said something while they were making them...... After I told them I went through the drive through, then the guy told me, I should just be grateful that I have food to eat at all...... Will not be going back! It was dirty and service was very slow even though it wasn't busy (empty building, one car in the drive through). The two employees were kind but didn't know what they were doing. They couldn't describe what a kids meal includes, online ordering, how an ongoing sale applied, or how to take a customer through the sandwich building process. We changed our orders to make it simpler. They definitely seemed intoxicated. They were very poorly stocked and some of the food seemed stale or old. The work space was extremely messy toppled bottles, sauce spills, cheese and random vegetables in everything. We got our food and paid, orders were correct. Overall I would say if you're not super rushed and you can be patient and understanding it's alright, but if you're the kind of person that's checking reviews to see if it's a good location, are rushed, or don't want to be bothered with that kind of...

I have tried this Subway twice. First experience I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me and the line never moved so I left. Second experience I went inside and waited in line for a half hour for the lady to say she didn't know how to ring up the $5.99 meal deal and no one else did either. The sandwich had set for 15 minutes after heated because they were so slow and they literally gave me 2 skinny strips of onion and green pepper as if they were running low and they had no ranch in the store. Needless to say because of their incompetence of not knowing how to ring my order up I left again without no food. Oh and who dumps the wrong meat on a persons salad then picks it off and puts it on another sandwich and says oops wrong one.
