This is a great place with delicious food and wonderful staff!! I've been here many times and it's a great experience each time. Stop in for a meal, a baked good or some local wares! Country Red Hen is a great place for a solo meal, a take out order, or there are a good number of tables that seat 4, and a space that could seat a larger group. You can make this a quick bite or take your time and enjoy the atmosphere and company. There's no feeling of being rushed out the door. There are a lot of comfort foods on the menu. Daily specials for breakfast and lunch, and usually 2-3 daily soups (including chili). Very yummy baked goods and homemade bread, freeze dried candy made in-house adds fun options for a to-go treat! They also have a few shelves that hold locally made non-food items that make great gifts!!
