Colwood Bar — Restaurant in Elmwood Township

They need to allow their bartenders to poor a little more liquor in the mixed drinks, the last few times I have been in there, I had a captain and coke, and all I could taste was the coke, said something to the bartenders about how weak it was, and got told the owner is very strict on their pours and has them on camera to keep an eye on it...those were some of the weakest drinks I have ever had, so I ordered pop the next couple drinks before we left and went somewhere else, if I am basically only getting coke, why pay for the captain that is barely in there... I will probably only visit there again if I just can't find somewhere else to drink or if I hear that they improved their drink quality, so I'll go in to...

A jem in the back county of the thumb. Old county Farmer/Biker bar with a crowd who knows you from the area. Frequent by many mid day Farmers and shop workers as well as Bikers on a great riding day. Drinks are reasonable priced for the area with lite meal options... again this isn't a main stop for food, so if you thing you are stopping at a bar and grill then you best head on to Akron or Sebewaing. Always a great time and do share service with "Colwood Bank" across the road, when open. Stop or Ride on in. VERY biker and County friendly. Leave your city attitudes...
